Jenny Packham Bride, Spring/Summer 2010

I love Jenny Packham. I really really reeeeeeeeelly love her.  I got married in a JP dress and I adore absolutely every single Jenny Packham design. They ooze glamour and gorgeousness and are an utter dream to wear.  I wore the divine 'Selene' on my wedding day; the miles of silk charmeuse fabric, beautiful fresh-water pearls that adorned the bust and backless bodice made me feel like a 1930's filmstar…

I love that Jenny's designs are so femine and evocative of a vintage era, from her 1920's Flapper Girl inspired tassle dresses, to her sumptuous 1930's inspired glamour gowns;  Jenny never fails to disappoint with each new seasonal collection, and her new Spring/Summer gowns are some of her most gorgeous designs yet.  Take a peek below, then go and visit the Jenny Packham website for further details.

Jenny isn't cheap (I paid £2240 for my Selene (that was in 2008 and prices have increased 10% since). Prices range an average around the £1800 – £2000 mark (with her more expensive pieces reaching more near £4000) however, you get what you pay for;  top designer dress patterns, only the worlds finest fabrics and attention to detail that is second to none.  A JP dress stands out a mile and provides you with membership to a very exclusive club, where only the most glamorous and gorgeous hang out…

For all you Jenny fans, here is a little video interview with the lady herself.  You get some fab peaks inside her London based boutique…
