Love My Dress Welcomes New Sponsor, Candysnaps

Love My Dress is absolutely delighted to welcome Candysnaps as our new Sponsor.

Caroline Weiss is the lady behind Candysnaps Wedding Photography – and what a lovely lady she is too! Candysnaps first came onto our radar back in January, when Caroline contacted us and asked if we would like to feature some of her wedding Photography – the result of which was this feature (it's a must see! Bride Ruth is exceptionally beautiful and stylish!).

Since then, Caroline has become a great friend, and we've seen what a warm, friendly, funny and absolutely passionate Photographer she is.

CandySnaps offer an informal and relaxed approach, where your photographer Caroline blends in unobtrusively capturing your wedding day as it unfolds. This ensures a more spontaneous feel to the photographs and avoids disrupting the flow of your wedding day. After all, the best photographs will be of you and your guests enjoying themselves! The formal wedding photographs that are  nearly always required, usually take no longer than 25 minutes, with minimal posing of the couple or guests.

Although based in Glasgow Scotland, distance is no problem and Caroline is happy to travel anywhere to document your special day.

CandySnaps photographic reportage style approach means that there is no set pattern to covering your day. Caroline will follow you as your wedding progresses, starting at the venue where the bride gets ready, finishing with the first dance or until the end of your chosen time of coverage. The day and all of the events are documented to allow you to relive your wedding day as it truly happened.

Your final set of photographs will contain an evocative mixture of black and white and colour images, and are presented in either a handmade wedding album made to your own specifications, or a luxury storybook album. These come in a variety of finishes including fabrics, premium leather, wood or metal for a traditional or modern feel – the choice is yours!

The CandySnaps approach to pricing is straightforward but flexible. Whilst Caroline believes that a bespoke album that tells the story of your wedding day is the perfect complement to her style of photography, she recognises that some couples prefer the flexibility of either producing their own album from unframed prints or even to produce their own prints from print-ready digital files.
