I just had to post a photograph of the beautiful dress I wore to the Rock n Roll Bride party last Thursday in London {see a sneak peak of the party fun here}.
HUGE thanks to Kat for organising the party – it was so much fun and I had a complete blast, even if I was pretty much tired beyond belief/jet-lagged from my trip to New York (I had only returned 24 hours prior!).
So, the dress! I fell in love with this tulle dress I saw worn by Carrie Bradshaw [of Sex & The City fame}, and which I included in this 'Eau de Nil' Bridal Inspiration Board. Luckily for me, the incredibly talented Dana Bolton offered to re-create this vintage frock for me to wear to Kat's party. I can't tell you how even more beautiful it was on – the photograph below supplied by Dana really doesn't do it justice! And next to my out of this WORLD hair style, thanks to Severin Hubert of Hepburn Collection, and my pretty silver Emmy shoes and Magpie Vintage jewels, I kind of felt a little bit fabulous, even if I do say so myself 🙂 Well, it WAS the Rock n Roll Bride party – one has to make an effort! 🙂

I loved meeting so many people {too many to list here} but all I can say is I left the event feeling like I was part of the most incredible community, and hugely inspired to do something celebratory for that community too. On that note, watch this space!
