Some photoshoots that are sent in to be featured on Love My Dress are just too darn gorgeous. Take this one for example. This shoot was organised by the delectable Naomi Kenton, Photographer, Florist Bex Morgan at Blush Floral Design and Wedding Planner and Stylist Janey Butler of Sweet Days & Roses, who also happens to be modelling in this shoot. There are some really lovely table decor ideas here and Janey looks pretty spectacular in her beautiful Flo & Percy headpiece and Sharon Bowen Couture wedding dress (you can see Janey’s full wedding feature here). Naomi explains more about the shoot…

Janey looked stunning in her gorgeous dress, and I knew right away that I needed her to model for me! I then discovered Janey’s wedding planning and styling business Sweet Days & Roses, and got addicted to reading her Facebook page and seeing all the pretty things she writes about…”
“I love living in the countryside and I’d been wanting to organise my own styled shoot for a while in the corn fields and meadows across the road from my house, and it all clicked into place. I just knew that between us all with our love of pretty things, flowers, natural light, vintage and antiques inspired things, that we would be able to create something beautiful.
Bex at Blush Floral Design’s flowers were just gorgeous – peonies, fox gloves and roses all in soft pretty colours. Janey was a great model and loved putting her wedding dress back on, which was really special as it was the first time she’d put it on since her own wedding three years ago.
Flo & Percy also loaned us some beautiful hair accessories for the shoot – from their new range that is coming out soon. Flo & Percy make the most amazing vintage inspired tiaras and jewellery and are so beautiful, the pretty forehead band style tiara totally made the shots in the field look more boho and fashion inspired, and is such a gorgeous look for a bride…”

“We had a surprise assistant on the day too – my little chatty cat Minnie spent all day flirting with Janey and Bex, nesting up in Janey’s pretty white linen with her muddy paws, going through her handbag, bringing us presents of mice all day (literally non-stop headless mice having to removed from the set) and just generally getting in the way, knocking things over, trying to play with Janey’s feathery wedding dress – when Janey walked around the feathery bits danced on the ground and there was a very excited little cat!”
I recognise those gorgeous silver antique style tea lights – I had them at my own wedding, and also re-used them at the Love My Dress Summer Soiree! You can by them from Cox and Cox/The Lavendar Rooms…
I love model and stylist Janey’s ‘elegant shabby chic’ approach to styling. This table decor is just my kinda thing…
