The State of Grace ~ New Nottinghill Boutique and Showroom…

"The State of Grace is proud to be producing its work here in the UK. In fact virtually all of the creative design and production takes place in Notting Hill itself…."

Happy Friday lunch time everyone. About time to!

Lovers of bespoke, made-to-measure and exquisite bridal style might be interested to know that 'The State of Grace' now have a gorgeous new showroom at number 53, St Helen’s Gardens, Nottinghill, London, W1.

The State of Grace provide the most amazing all-in service for bride; from sitting with a bride to ascertain her personal style and vision for her wedding day, founder Lucia Silver and her team are able to pull together a whole look, from the dress to jewellery {original vintage and modern}, shrugs, capes, coats, veils, hats and head-pieces, shoes, bags and more.

Quite literally everything used in any The State of Grace design is sourced from local designers and crafts people. This notion of supporting the local artisan is something very close to my heart.  Everything can be custom-made or created for everyone from globetrotting businesswomen to busy mothers and individual brides.  And everything is seen to under one roof, making the brides experience in the run up to her wedding day not only a much less stressful one, but a highly enjoyable one – with a big dose of luxury thrown in too…

I'm such a huge fan of The State of Grace. I have met founder and designer Lucia Silver a few times now and her passion and energy for working with Brides to make them feel the most beautiful they ever have really makes my heart sing.  Lucia is also very funny and down to earth, I really very much enjoy time spent in her company…

As well as a myriad of stylish brides, The State of Grace are also well versed in dressing many celebrities;  a private client appeared on the front page of The Daily Telegraph this summer as the best dressed at Ascot; Paloma Faith chose The State of Grace to design her sell-out UK tour look; and Prince Harry’s latest amour, Florence Brudnell Bruce, wore The State of Grace for many of her latest red carpet events…

Lucia Silver, the founder and designer at The State of Grace told me…

“We’ll be open for business at a perfect time, the Jubilee and The Olympics are creating an incredible sense of anticipation and preparation in the fashion world. My team and I are looking forward to helping our existing, new and local clients, express their own femininity, style and beauty.”
