Hello lovelies Some of you may have noticed my little message on the Love My Dress Facebook page last night (it's the best place to get sneak previews of what's coming up) about the competition I am running today and I'm so excited to now be able to share details with you!
Love My Dress sponsor and London based wedding photographer, Fiona Kelly would like to gift one of our lucky readers with a full wedding photography package, worth £1,550. Why? Because she's rather damn fantastic that's why. And incredibly generous!

Fiona is really passionate about weddings and photography, so that kind of makes her somebody perfectly placed to be capturing one of the most beautiful and special days of your life on camera….
"For me, a wedding is so much more than
simply taking the pictures. I always make sure the couple feels
slightly spoiled by the experience of having me as their photographer.
Its the small touches that mean a lot and the time and care to get to
know the people who's wedding I am shooting. Being a support, not an
added stress to the day and making everything as fun and easy as
Fiona describes her signature style as modern, relaxed and candid…
"For me, it's all about telling the wedding day story,
being a fly on the wall and watching and waiting for those fabulous
moments and reactions. Capturing all those little moments as the day
unfolds is what makes the photography special. Showing the personalities
and reactions of friends and family is priceless.
I do love the time
with the bride and groom on their own, doing some portraits, as it is a
very special time. They have just become husband and wife and its
normally the only time when they are alone in the day. To be a part of
that and capture how they feel at that moment is wonderful. I love to
show the real relationship so tend not to over pose, that way reactions
are true and natural…"
Now, we all know that weddings can be pretty darned expensive when you tot up the overall spend, and that wedding photography fees are probably one of the biggest outlays you will make financially in advance of your wedding day. So, fancy saving yourself a lovely £1,550?
Fiona has the best advice for her couples too;
"Find a photographer whose work and style
you really love. You have to be happy that this is the way your wedding
will be captured. The other thing is to make sure you get on with them.
Its not always possible to meet in person so make sure you chat over the
phone or set up a skype chat.
You will be spending a lot of time with
your photographer, after all they are there from the very start of the
day right through until the dancing time, so you have to be happy to
have them around all day. Its something that many people say, but is so
true, you're photos are the one thing that will be the lasting record of
your wedding day. You cant go wrong with beautiful, natural style and
simple clean album design."
To enter this competition, Fiona and I would like to invite readers
to tell us a little about themselves and their plans for their wedding
day. We'd like you to do this by completing the form below. We'll give
you until midnight on Friday 1st February to do this and then over that
