A little something this Monday afternoon to keep your creative and inspirational juices flowing, especially for all those who love the 1950s style.
These sweet images were curated by wedding and eveng planner and designer, Andri Benson of 'Always Andri Wedding Design', who I'll pass right on over to, so that the lady herself can talk you through them.
'Axel & Berg are Swedish wedding photographers, who
earlier this year contacted me to help them style a shoot in London. During the
previous six months they had been travelling the world to find inspiration and
people to be inspired by.'

'They were doing photo shoots with suppliers in the bridal industry during their
travels and wanted to do a shoot in London. They are friends with the perfect
couple, Christie & Alex who love 50’s style and would model for us at their
mid century modern decorated flat in Shoreditch.
Christie also works for the Biscuiteers so Tea for Two became our theme. With a
spring time colour palette of yellow and white Liz from Blue
Sky flowers created a
subtle teardrop bouquet with daisies, freesia, paper whites and the fabulous
yellow craspedia or ‘billy buttons’ as they’re often known.'
'To
go with our tea for two theme and the yummy biscuits from Biscuiteers the ladies from Eagle
Eyed Bride put
together some cute stationery elements to add a little extra detail to our
table setting using Christie’s own original 50’s tableware.'
'Kitty
and Dulcie provided
the perfect 50’s inspired lace tea dress-the dress was beautiful and perfectly
complemented Christie’s 50’s look hair & makeup that she did herself. Her
look was rounded off with a pair of wedges from Swedish
Hasbeens. Alex wore
his own suit.'
