As a wedding blog, we depend not just on our readers visiting our blog to prove it’s worth, but on a group of wonderful suppliers who sponsor Love My Dress. Without them, Love My Dress would not be able to look to the future, to consider ways of improving, developing and enhancing the services we provide for our readers and all those who are inspired by these pages. In fact, without them, we would not be here at all.
I’ve already dropped a few hints in recent posts and social media chat-chat that we have just commissioned a complete re-branding project. You see, Love My Dress is almost 4 years old now. I started off small, feeling giddy with excitement when my reader stats would hit 400 by around 4pm in the afternoon. Nowadays, we have thousands of visitors the world over, and though mostly a beautiful bunch of British brides, our regular readers extend as far as the other side of the world, and they have bumped up our page hits to around 20k a day now – often more. That’s a lot of people. A lot of folk looking for inspiration for their wedding. And a whole good reason for us not to simply sit on our laurels and consider that we’ve ‘made it’, but to look to the future and plan how, indeed, we can make it a whole lot better. We need to keep evolving to keep things fresh, to keep things exciting.

Over the next few months, we’ll be working with a bloody amazing team of designers and techy people to give Love My Dress a visual and ‘behind the scenes’ style makeover. We’re keen to seek your feedback and suggestions and will be inviting these in a separate post very soon. For now, I so very much want to turn the focus to a group of special people to say a huge big thank you.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again; we would not be here and indeed, none of this would be possible without the continued support of our amazing sponsors and today, I would like to give a shout out to each and every one of them, not just for being amazingly talented, but for ensuring that day after day, we are able to deliver a shed load of wedding day inspiration to thousands of brides and industry suppliers the world over.
That’s a pretty amazing thing, isn’t it?
