Lunch Time Wedding Film ~ Ben & Emma

We thought that in between all this festive cheer and our lunch time Christmas gift inspiration posts, we’d better not forget to get back to basics and so this glorious December Tuesday lunch time, we’ve a gorgeous little wedding film to share with you, thanks to newcomers on the block, Mischa & James Wedding Films.

Mischa & James are North East England-based film-making duo Mischa Cornelia Andreski and James Alexander Grieves. Their fledgling venture brings together James’ film-making background and Mischa’s photography and retouching knowledge.  The company was born out of a frustration with the lack of forward-thinking, aesthetically-oriented wedding videography in the North East. Today, we’re sharing the lovely wedding of Ben & Emma’s – which also happens to be Mishca & James’ very first wedding film.

I love the fun, beautifully-crafted style of this film and the atmosphere captured – and though you probably wouldn’t guess it, Ben and Emma are small-holders living in New Zealand. Being a British-native,  Emma wanted to come back to the UK – specifically to her mother’s North East countryside home, for her wedding. The day itself was a beautifully simple affair, bursting with love and featuring family traditions from all over the world.
