Lunch Time Wedding Film ~ Chris and Bec at Goodwood House

It's Friday lunch time, which can only mean it's time for a film for you to enjoy as you down tools for a little while.  Todays film was sent in by Newlywed Films who you can read about here.  The Newlywed Films team were commissioned to document Chris and Bec's wedding on film and they did so beautifully – I really love Bec's style too – red lipstick on your wedding day for the win I say!

Steve of Newlywed Films took a moment to tell me about this paricular wedding and film…

'Goodwood House seems to have a warm place in Chris and Bec's heart, most notably for family ties with horse racing and they felt it was the perfect place for them to tie the knot. We started out filming the couple in the morning, as they got ready at the Goodwood Hotel and Spa.'

'As Bec told us how Chris proposed, which was a surprise around a carousel with the whole family, I couldn’t help but think he was an old fashioned romantic. Another surprise he had in store was a  pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes ala Sex & The City, which were hidden in the cupboard of Bec’s bridal suite and were subsequently worn for the wedding day itself.'

'Bec's first car, an Anglia Deluxe, had remarkably been restored, literally from scrap metal and with custom ‘Chris & Bec’ plates was the wedding vehicle for the day. The ceremony was beautifully intimate and the wedding breakfast had one giant table that all the guests sat together at.  Chris said in his speech it’s what they most wanted, all the family and friends together in the one room.'

'It was a great pleasure to work with Chris and Bec, they were probably the most relaxed bride and groom we've worked with to date.'
