Paper Tree ~ Delicate & Delightful Paper Flowers & Details For Your Wedding

It is absolutely true that when you’re planning a wedding, one of the things that provides a lot of excitement (completely understandably in our opinion!) is the planning of the little details, those all important decorations that speak volumes about your style, your personalities and allow you to really make your mark on your wedding.

With that in mind, we are super happy today to be able to introduce you to the rather fabulous work of Paper Tree.

PAPER TREE paper rose range

From her studio in a picturesque Sussex village, surrounded by the natural beauty of the South Downs National Park, Paper Tree’s founder Ann-Marie Edmondson designs and selects the gorgeous products that make up Paper Tree’s whimsical and beautiful range of paper flowers, decorations, wedding favours, gifts and stationery. During her travels, she discovered stunning paper flowers in Thailand and after beginning to sell her products at craft fairs and via various shops; Ann-Marie’s business has blossomed.

PAPER TREE paper rosebud place cards

Paper Tree’s signature modern vintage style makes their delicate details perfect for the prettiest of weddings. The cherry blossom or paper rose tags are absolutely perfect additions to a napkin or menu and we can also imagine them adding more than a touch of botanical beauty to kraft favour boxes.

We would also love to see the paper rose favours with their personalised tags being used as escort cards or how about giving the adorable rosebud hearts to little bridesmaids to carry or using them to decorate chairs or doors? There is just so much that could be done!

As lovers of heritage crafts, we’re particularly drawn to the paper flowers. Originally a popular craft back in Victorian times and then revived in the 1950s, paper flowers are now incredibly popular and Paper Tree’s range is simply superb.  A bespoke service is available and designs can be adapted to suit your style but we’re already swooning over the paper flower crowns and the idea of petal-strewn spaces that just whisper romance to all.

Ann-Marie happily admits that Paper Tree brings her joy everyday. “I feel I am very lucky to enjoy my work so much,” she says. “I am a naturally creative person and I love making beautiful things.”

Happily, this beauty goes beyond the finished product. All of Paper Tree’s products are lovingly handcrafted from eco-friendly paper and Ann-Marie carefully sources all the elements needed for each and every product to ensure her company continues to ‘tread lightly’. When paper is at the heart of everything you do, you have to love it and it is clear that Paper Tree’s devotion runs deep.
