Jesus Peiro and Jenny Packham for an Ethereal and Elegant Autumn Wedding

Happy Monday lovely readers! We have a real treat for you this morning – I’m incredibly flattered to have been asked to write this feature, as apart from the fact the photos and write up from the couple is so lovely, the bride is a friend and colleague of Annabel’s.  As Love My Dress writers, we are lucky that we get to see hundreds of beautiful, thoughtful and love filled weddings, but sometimes, something extra special comes along, and today is I think, one of those days. Buckle your seat belts, pour yourself another coffee and switch off your email notifications – you’ll want to pay all your attention to this wonderful day, held at the fabulous Nonsuch Mansion in Surrey.

Leyla is no stranger to Love My Dress – as well as working at the awards winning Miss Bush Bridal in Surrey  – one of our highly recommended bridal boutiques – she also assisted on the styled shoot for Annabel’s book, Style Me Vintage Weddings (eagle eyed readers will spot her name in the credits at the back of the book). You could say she had an expert, insider view when planning her wedding, and I think this more than shows in the beautiful, elegant and refined attention to detail throughout.  Today’s photography is courtesy of the fabulously talented Eddie Judd.

“We wanted our wedding to reflect the things that we both enjoy; good wine, delicious food and great company. It was really important that the day felt comfortable and fun, a bit like we had opened up our own house to our nearest and dearest for a large party. Using our very fond memories of our first holiday together, a wine tasting trip to Burgundy and the fact that Sam is half French as inspiration, French wine became our styling starting point”

“As we were getting married in Autumn it seemed only right to use some of the beautiful colours and tones that are associated with the season although I was adamant I didn’t want anything too dark, brown or orange! At the time of planning I was having a bit of a love affair with anything ‘coral’ or ‘blush’. It suddenly dawned on me that these colours could be associated with early Autumn and they conveniently happened to go nicely with the interiors of the house and complement the colour of the bridesmaids dresses I had chosen.

You can say that they sort of evolved into the accent colours of our day. I then developed an obsession with anything metallic especially rose gold, copper and silver which prompted their addition to the wedding colour palette.”

Working for a top wedding dress boutique, Leyla had her work cut out to choose her dress from the hundreds of amazing frocks available, and ended up simply unable to choose just one. She finally narrowed it down to ‘Cynthia’ by Jenny Packham for her day look, and ‘style 5020’ by Jesus Peiro as an evening gown, both from her own workplace, Miss Bush Bridal.

“As I work for a bridal boutique, there was never really ever going to be just the one dress now was there? I also think Emma, my boss and Director of Miss Bush, would have questioned my sanity if I had just had one. As we were having more guests arrive for the evening part of the celebrations, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to do a dress change.”

“Having flowers and foliage play a key role in our wedding decoration was a ‘must-have’. Although we didn’t have any specific ideas of what actual flowers we wanted, we did know that we wanted arrangements that were unstructured and in-keeping with the colours and wine theme.

Our florist was Gayle Evans of Bloomingayles. We chose Gayle because not only is she an extremely talented florist, but she is also very creative so could help us with all the venue styling too. We knew that we could give her a very vague brief and trust her to bring it to life into something beautiful and unique.”

I think these pictures speak for themselves; they are truly breath-taking. Leyla is without doubt a natural beauty and would always photograph well I think, but photographer Eddie Judd has done the most wonderful job of capturing every moment of this spectacular day.

“I had met Eddie a couple of times on some shoots at work. Despite having worked with various other photographers, it was Eddie’s work that had always stood out for me so the choice was very easy. I then had the task of persuading Sam that Eddie was the right photographer for us , not an easy task given Sam and I are not so keen on having our photos taken and had actually no good photos of us together. Eddie was kind enough to welcome us in to her home to show us examples of her wedding work and to discuss the service she offers.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

Suitably impressed by what he had seen and heard, Sam gave Eddie the thumbs up. What was brilliant about the package that Eddie offered us is that an engagement shoot was also included. This provided a great opportunity for us to get comfortable in front of Eddie and the camera before our wedding day, it also now means we have some wonderful photos of us together not as a married couple – a first!

We are so happy with our wedding photos and can’t thank Eddie enough. We have also recently commissioned Eddie to put together our wedding album for us.”

Every part of this wedding was so beautifully thought out that even the stationery, acted as an introduction to the feel of the day for Sam and Leyla’s guests; in this case, serious vintage autumnal elegance.

“Tanya Jago of Bureau Design helped us to create a simple but punchy stationery suite. Sam and I don’t like too much fuss so we wanted stationery that was straight to the point but that also introduced the accent colours of our day. We chose a peachy coloured square card with a rose gold engraved foil for the main invitation, an ivory information card and a pale green RSVP card all with a simple modern font. We decided to combine the menu and name place card in one for each guest – a wonderful idea suggested by Tanya; these were designed using the same style as the invitation suite.

Instead of an order of the day booklet, Sam put his creative hat on and wrote our the order of the day and a welcome note to our evening guests on a couple of borrowed wooden framed boards which were decorated with grape vines.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

I absolutely love the unusual high neck design and sparkle cuffs and collar on this dress- it suits Leyla’s tall slim frame so beautifully, combining both elegance and glamour.

“I have always loved the old school, Hollywood glamour of Jenny Packham’s designs. Her bridal dresses were therefore always going to be top of my list to try. I first saw ‘Cynthia’ over a year before I chose it when we went sample buying for the shop. I instantly fell in love with it as it reminded me of an Ossie Clarke dress my Mum had worn back in the 70s. Although we ended up buying the dress as a shop sample, it wasn’t until I actually got engaged that I first tried it on – I didn’t want to jinx anything after all! It felt so ‘me’, was extremely comfortable to wear and the heavy, satin crepe moved beautifully when I walked. It also fitted my shape perfectly so it filled me with confidence.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

I wondered how Leyla could bear to take off ‘Cynthia’ and then I saw her evening gown….. I can completely see why she couldn’t choose between the two! If you have a chance to watch the video (and I would highly recommend it- maybe a lunchtime treat?) you can see how beautifully the evening dress moves while dancing.

“I wanted to wear something different in the evening and the Jesus Peiro dress was a great contrast to the Jenny Packham. It was also the perfect party dress, as the silver brocade fabric had a beautiful shimmer to it and although it looked heavy, it was in fact extremely light-weight which made it easy to wear and dance in. With Emma’s vision and encouragement I also decided to have a dipped hem on the dress to create something that was a bit more fashionable but easy to wear.

Despite both dresses being very different I felt that they both channelled a bit of that 60s/70s retro vibe in their style and fabric. As I have always been a fan of these two era’s and having recently watched American Hustle with it’s fabulous hair, make-up and costumes during the planning process, it was a happy coincidence that I could bring a little bit of that in to mine and my bridesmaids overall look.”

Leyla was very certain who she wanted to entrust to create her wedding hair, and chose the very talent Sharon Roberts, who went above and beyond her role of straightforward hairstylist.

“Having worked with Sharon Roberts and have her do my hair before, there was no way I was going to let anyone else do my wedding hair. Not only is she the Queen of up-dos but she is also such a valuable person to have around on your wedding day. Her level of skill, organisation and ability to be firm but fun is the perfect combination for that all-important ‘getting-ready’ morning. She created such beautiful hair not only for myself but also my bridesmaids and Mum. Her number is now forever on speed-dial!”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“Choosing someone to do my wedding makeup was always going to be a tricky task. I have pretty much always done my own makeup and the occasions I have had it done for me by someone else I have rarely loved it. Despite this, I didn’t want to do my own wedding make up as with sods law, it would have been one of those ‘bad eyeliner days’ if I had, which would have just been too stressful.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

After having a couple of trials with various talented MUA, I decided to go with the lovely Tania Stephenson-Oliver as it just felt right with her. Not only did she instantly make me feel at ease, she was also so willing to give me the look I was after. I knew that she would also be brilliant on the day with my Mum and bridesmaids. As Tania is also qualified to do eyelash extensions, I had these done a few days before the wedding. Having the lash extensions meant I didn’t need to wear mascara and had beautiful long lashes for my whole honeymoon!”

I know Annabel is a big fan of semi-permanent lashes and I’m becoming very tempted to indulge too.

To complement her daywear, Leyla chose an ivory, raw edge, oval cut veil, which was then customised to create a long two-tier veil by the Miss Bush team. She combined this with fresh flowers in her hair, always a winner, which she then swapped for some glamourous Jenny Packham sparkle in the evening, giving her evening hair a slightly 1930’s vibe.

“As a firm hair accessory favourite of Miss Bush, I naturally wanted to wear fresh flowers in my hair. They were beautifully styled in my hair by Emma and my lovely hairdresser Sharon. I opted to wear a selection of the flowers that were also in my bouquet to bring everything together. In the evening I wanted to wear a bit of sparkle so wore the ‘Tzarina’ Jenny Packham headband.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

Leyla accessorised with faux diamond stud earrings by H&M, ‘Lotte’ shoes by Jimmy Choo, and a spritz of her ‘weekend’ perfume, Bulgaria Omnia Crystalline. I love how she combined designer and high street so effortlessly.

“As my Jenny Packham dress had a high neckline with Swarovski crystals, I didn’t need anything else however in the evening when I changed my dress I wore a white gold and diamond drop necklace which had been given to me my Father. As he sadly couldn’t make the wedding, it seemed fitting to wear it.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

Leyla’s bridesmaids looked ethereal in dusty green dresses from Ghost; ‘Sylvia’ and ‘Amelia’, set off with metallic shoes, found in the sale at Dune and Hobbs and high street accessories to compliment their dresses.  Both bridesmaids wore their hair pinned up in a retro inspired style with fresh flowers to compliment Leyla’s.

“I decided early on in the planning process that I wanted my bridesmaids to wear long dresses in a style and fabric that would compliment my dress. I love the elegance of Ghost dresses so it was the first and only shop we tried. As my bridesmaids both have very strong, individual characters and different body shapes, I definitely didn’t want them to wear the same dress. I wanted them to feel comfortable, themselves but also a million dollars on the day. I had narrowed the colour down to either a green or pink/blush so it was just a matter of them trying every style dress in those colours to find out which looked the best.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“Our florist Gayle of Bloomingayles ended up taking inspiration from the flowers and foliage of a Mediterranean garden. My beautiful and epic bouquet was made up using Cosmos, Antirrhinum, Nerine, David Austin Roses, Hydrangea, Wisteria foliage and Olive foliage and English grown Dahlias; “Cafe au Lait”, “Preference” and “Sugar Diamond” (which were all sourced locally from Plant Passion). The bridesmaid’s bouquets, button holes and corsages were then made up from a selection of the flowers also in my bouquet.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

With the decorative floral arrangements and table pieces she included variations of the flowers that were in my bouquet with the addition of crab apples, grape vines and other seasonal foliage. Each table was set up differently but used elements that all tied in together. Some tables were decorated with a combination of crates and wooden wine boxes, candles and cascading rusted urns of foliage and flowers, others with crates and wine boxes, candles, and bud vases; the remainder had candles and candlesticks of varying heights interspersed with flowers, and potted plants and herbs in terracotta pots.

Each table was named and labelled using real French wine bottle labels which had been mounted on to wood boards and were either rested against a glass wine decanter or placed on a miniature wooden easel.”

“I had been to a wedding at Nonsuch Mansion in my teens and I had always remembered it being really pretty. It was only when we got engaged that I actually looked it up again. I was pleasantly surprised to find it still available as a wedding venue and looking even better than it did all those years ago. It was actually the first and only venue that we visited. We fell in love with the house and what it had to offer us straight away.

With its decorative wallpapers, beautiful coloured painted walls, elegant lighting and stained glass windows, we were so lucky that Nonsuch was a perfect backdrop to our day. It therefore didn’t really need much further decoration other than the flower arrangements, candles and a few small styling touches.”

As Nonsuch Mansion is run by an events catering company you automatically get a planner is part of the service. Our personal planner was Helen, who provided us with support both in the run-up to the wedding and on the day. She helped us plan our wedding schedule right down to the minute and advised us on how best to make everything run efficiently. Helen also dealt with all our suppliers with coordinating arrivals, departures, delivery, pick-up etc- she was invaluable when it came to controlling the wedding stress levels. It was she who did all the last minute calls to the suppliers the week of the wedding to make sure they knew where they were meant to be and when.

Without Helen I seriously wouldn’t have been the relaxed bride that I was on the day – I had Bridezilla potential! We simply didn’t have to worry about a thing so were able to really enjoy ourselves.”

Sam dressed in a beautifully cut suit, cut personally for him, from October House.

“He tried the high street and various designers but couldn’t find anything that he really liked or fitted that well so decided that tailor-made was the way to go. Gabriel at October House knows his stuff and was able to literally cut Sam a perfectly fitting suit in the fabric and colour he wanted just by looking at him. His shirt was from Hackett, shoes from Russell & Bromley, tie from Favourbrook, and his pocket square was made from an off-cut of my bridesmaid’s dress fabric.”

“Sam didn’t have any groomsmen but he did ask that his Best Woman and his friend who was our Master of Ceremonies, to wear something in a dark blue or navy. His Best Woman and a good friend of mine who did a speech both wore a corsage made by our florist using flowers that were also in my bouquet.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

I love these clever and subtle little ways of bringing everything together. It might not always be obvious on a conscious level, but it does create a wonderful coherence, which is taken in subconsciously, and which gives this wedding its sense of elegant completeness.

“We met on a beach in Kerala, India in 2009 after being introduced by our mutual friend Ed. It wasn’t until a good 5 months after first being introduced though that we had our first date.

I knew getting engaged was on the cards but I wasn’t sure when it would actually happen. We ended up getting engaged on our 3rd anniversary. All my friends thought it might happen then but I wasn’t so sure, plus I didn’t want it to ruin our anniversary by expecting it to happen and then being disappointed if it didn’t. The fact that Sam had organised our anniversary celebration himself however, did get me thinking.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

Sam had booked us a table for dinner at Bocca di Lupo in Soho as it was a restaurant we had both wanted to go to for some time. He had also booked us in for an overnight stay at Chandos House which, given we live in London, was a surprise as I just thought we would be going out for a lovely, relaxed dinner and then home. It was such a beautiful room and Sam had arranged for some of those romantic touches; champagne, chocolates and strawberries. We were just about to go out to dinner when Sam casually said he had another surprise for me. He then produced a small black box with a black ribbon round it.

As I opened it I was so pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful pink sapphire and carre diamond ring. The next thing I knew, Sam was down on one knee proposing. What makes the moment all the more special is that he had sourced the stones and then designed the ring himself. This was an incredibly impressive and brave move especially as I am very ‘particular’ about what I like and don’t like. He said he knew he took a gamble but he just didn’t want to propose without a ring.”

A brave, but talented, chap, that’s for sure!

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“As my Father sadly couldn’t make the wedding, my Brother Khalid did a wonderful job of giving me away. He also did a great ‘Brother of the Bride’ speech.

What was a lovely surprise for Sam and I and something I had never seen before at a civil ceremony, was that our registrar asked that our witnesses stand either side of us through the whole marriage part of the ceremony. Our friend Ed (who had introduced us) and my Mum were our witnesses so it was so wonderful and highly memorable that they actively got to be a part of that moment.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

Like many couples, Leyla and Sam had family cultural and religious opinions to consider, and in fact, had a small Muslim ceremony a year before their ‘main’ wedding day.

“Although I don’t practice any religion myself, my Father is Muslim so culturally I would be considered to be a Muslim. It was therefore important for my Father that we be married under Islam. We carried out a very informal Muslim marriage at my Mother’s house a year before our actual wedding day. Sam was brilliant at accepting my Father’s cultural wishes. I now have one very happy and impressed Dad.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“Of course getting married is serious stuff but Sam and I really wanted our ceremony to be light hearted and fun. As civil ceremonies are often short and can be impersonal we decided to write our own vows and choose upbeat, non-traditional music that we liked. Being a massive fan of Dolly Parton, I walked down the aisle to her song ‘Love Is Like A Butterfly’. During the signing of the register we played Stevie Wonder’s ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ and Steve Winwood’s ‘Higher Love’.

When the ceremony was over we walked out to Lord Tanamo’s ‘I’m In the Mood For Ska’.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“We chose two readings; ‘Untitled’ by Bee Rawlinson and ‘A Good Wedding Cake’, author unknown. We liked them because they were irreverent but at the same time captured the sentiment of the day.”

I love both readings- humorous but essentially full of love.

Untitled

Love me when I’m old and shocking
Peel off my elastic stockings
Swing me from the chandeliers
Let’s be randy bad old dears.

Push around my chromed Bath Chair
Let me tease your white chest hair
Scaring children, swapping dentures
Let us have some great adventures

Take me to the Dogs and Bingo
Teach me how to speak the lingo
Bone my eels and bring me tea
Show me how it’s meant to be

Take me to your special places
Watching all the puzzled faces
You in shorts and socks and sandals
Me with warts and huge love-handles

As the need for love enthrals
Wrestle with my damp proof smalls
Make me laugh without constraint
Buy me chocolate body paint

Hold me safe throughout the night
When my hair has turned to white
Believe me when I say it’s true
I’ve waited all my life for you

A GOOD WEDDING CAKE

4lb of love
1/2lb of sweet temper

1lb of butter of youth
1lb of blindness of faults
1lb of pounded wit
1lb of good humour
2lbs of sweet argument
1 pint of rippling laughter
1 wine glass of common sense
A dash of modesty

Put the love, good looks and a sweet temper into a well-furnished house. Beat the butter of youth into a cream and mix well together with the blindness of faults. Stir the pounded wit and good humour into the sweet argument, then add the rippling laughter and common sense. Work the whole together until everything is well mixed and bake gently for ever.

Leyla’s thoughtful words about their day are lovely, I completely agree with her feelings about the important parts of the wedding day; we really shouldn’t forget what it’s really all about.

“Without a shadow of a doubt my favourite part of our day was the getting ‘married’ bit. I loved walking down the aisle to Sam and exchanging our vows and rings. I would do it over and over again if I could. Everything else that happened that day was just a bonus.”

“We opted for kitsch paper confetti, as opposed to real flower petals as felt it had a better ‘flutter effect’. I found an excellent biogradable, coloured paper confetti supplier on Etsy, who was able to make confetti in the colours which fell in to our colour palette. Although this was just a small non-essential touch that it was definitely worth it as quite a few of our guests actually noticed the colour connection!”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“Following the ceremony the talented Javier Moreno and his Spanish and Latin band ‘Los Amigos’ played at our drinks reception. Consisting of a Spanish guitar, double bass, percussion and amazing vocals, the band went down a storm playing a brilliant set which kept the mood light and fun. After hours of trawling the internet, we are so pleased we found Javier and his band and definitely hope to find an occasion to have them play for us again in the future.”

“The catering was done by the Bovingdons catering team who run Nonsuch Mansion. Sam and I love all things gastronomic so deciding on our menu was really exciting. We wanted to make sure that the menu we chose had some kind of relevance to the season but also cater for everyone’s tastes.

To start we had a very Autumnal large handmade ravioli of wild mushrooms with truffle emulsion and micro shoots . As we were off to Morocco for our Honeymoon, for the main course we opted for a harissa rubbed breast of chicken served with sweet potato mash, wilted kale, long stem broccoli and a natural jus. For dessert we chose a perfect seasonal warm caramelised pear and thyme tart tatin with fresh vanilla ice cream.”

Doesn’t that sound divine? I adore hearing what couples have chosen for their wedding food as it’s so important to many couples, and a big part of the day. Perhaps we should ask every couples for details- what do you think Annabel?

“With wine being such a focus of our day, it was really important that we were able to hand-pick the wines that were going to be served. Despite the wines we were after not being on the house wine list, the team at Nonsuch went and sourced exactly what we were after. This meant so much to us and it was greatly appreciated not only by us but also by so many of our guests who have since raved about our wedding.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“We decided against wedding favours as it was an expense we felt that we could do without. Our table plan however consisted of labelled champagne corks for the girls and wooden cork screws for the guys which nicely doubled up as keepsakes/favours should any of our guests want to take them home.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

Leyla and Sam really did think of every little detail to make their day perfect…

“Despite having use of Nonsuch Mansion’s elegant crockery, glassware and table linen included in the venue hire cost we actually decided to hire in a couple of items that we felt we just wanted to personalise. Having always loved champagne coupes we found some perfect old school style ones for our drinks reception at Gorgeous Hire. Then to tie together things together at dinner we hired in grey coloured water glasses, duck egg coloured linen napkins and mother of pearl and silver napkin rings from Couvert.”

“We wanted nothing more than a good old ‘disco/rave’ in the evening so decided on a DJ, although we were desperate to find a DJ with a difference, one that didn’t play all those predictable tunes you’d expect to be played at a wedding. Matt Maurice Event Music (MMEM) completely delivered on that wish and we were lucky enough to have Matt himself as our DJ for the night.

What we found great about MMEM is that they allowed us to be quite ‘hands on’ in terms of what could and couldn’t be played on the day via an online track selection system. It enabled us to compile various lists in advance of the day. Matt was brilliant at mixing the tunes and reading the atmosphere to play the right songs at the right time. We had so many compliments about the playlist and this is testament to the fact that we were allowed to personalise it to what we knew our guests would like.”

I absolutely adore an unusual wedding cake- and a croquembouche combines both special and sophistication all in one!

“Given the French connection and my love of anything choux pastry, caramel and crème patisserie related, it seemed fitting to have a croquembouche. A croquembouche is a traditional French wedding cake which is made up of a tower of freshly made choux pastry buns filled with a crème patisserie and held together by caramel.

Boulangerie Jade, a bakery local to us, specialises in making these cakes so we didn’t have to look very far to find somewhere that could make us one.   Due to the nature of the cake it needs to be made as close as possible to the time of eating it to avoid the buns going soggy. Boulangerie Jade were brilliant at timing the making and the delivery so that we could all enjoy it at its best.”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

The couple created quite the sensation on the dance floor for their first dance…

“We danced to the acoustic version of Eric Clapton’s ‘Layla’. Apart from the most obvious reason, we also both really like the song. Thanks to Mo from Sydenham Dance School we were able to surprise our guests with a pre-rehearsed dance which combined the foxtrot, swing and salsa!”

jenny packham, nonsuch mansion, jesus peiro, eddie judd photography

“The music and entertainment were really important aspects as we wanted to create a party atmosphere as opposed to something more formal. Being half Jordanian, I really wanted to include something from my Middle Eastern roots so we had a belly dancer kick off the evening celebrations. It was also a great way of bringing the day and evening guests together. I found Tara Lee online so was pleasantly impressed with her dancing skills in reality. She also really knew how to engage the crowd and even got some of them on the dance floor to belly dance!”

Words of Wedded Wisdom

“If you don’t have a planner then try and make your budget stretch to include one, even if it is just for on the day. Being able to focus solely on the wonder of the day, marrying the person you love is priceless.

I would say that if you can borrow items, whether they are part of the decoration, styling etc. then do! The last thing you want to be left with is a load of wedding ‘memorabilia’ that you can’t store or have use for. I would also recommend looking in the sales on the High Street. There are bargains to be found if you look hard enough!

Ashleigh and Natasha of  John Harris Media did all the filming. They captured perfectly all the fun and love of the day and were so discrete that no one ever knew they were there. Having the opportunity to relive our full marriage ceremony, all the speeches and moments that we weren’t a part of the day whenever we like is absolutely priceless. Definitely money worth spending.”

Wise words, thank you Leyla.

Thank you so much to Eddie Judd for these wonderful photographs and to Leyla and Sam for sharing their beautiful day with us. I wonder if I can justify a little trip to Miss Bush Bridal at some point… I am dying to visit! If you haven’t yet bought your dress, then seriously consider making an appointment- you absolutely won’t regret it.

  1. Thank you so much for featuring Leyla and Sam’s beautiful wedding today. I’m delighted that other couples can enjoy the day too! It was an amazing day to be a part of – so much love and laughter as I think you can see. x

  2. It was such an honour to be able to contribute to Leyla and Sam’s day. I’m sure the other suppliers will agree it was their vision, and willingness to let us do what we do best, that came together on what was a evidently a beautiful and joyous day for both them and their guests. x
