So, how are you today dear reader? Are you floating on Cloud 9 or have you got a small case of the Monday blues? However you’re feeling, I’ve got a feature for you right here that’s going to lift your spirits. Today, we’re really excited to share the new collection from the brilliant Rembo Styling. If you don’t know the Rembo Styling brand, there’s every chance you’ll have already seen their gowns in print and online because they are, quite rightly, a label that lots of people are loving right now.
Originally founded back in 1950 by Reman Bolle (hence the name Rembo), Rembo Styling is now headed by a fresh, new creative team and Chiara, Ruth and Victoria are developing the brand with an utterly infectious enthusiasm. The trio has developed their own way of working and there’s no doubt about it, being the same age as your target market is a definite plus point!
The 2017 collection from Rembo Styling is inspired by the latest trends and it’s also a collection that’s very cleverly tailored to modern brides. It’s not too classical, it’s not too overtly romantic, it’s not too wild or too sickly sweet. It is, quite simply, perfect and every dress fulfills the label’s ‘Bohemian Chic’ brief.
“Today’s bride knows what she wants,” says Chiara. “She’s well informed and that’s great news for us because it allows us to be more creative with our 2017 designs. Bridalwear is an emotive purchase and we can respond to that emotion by giving our brides creativity coupled with high quality.”
“One of our designers loves to use very comfortable stretch crepe in her designs,” continues Victoria. “These soft fabrics follow and breathe with the shape of the body as it moves. The results are stylish and sexy without compromising on freedom of movement in any way.”
“We also love the trend for exciting necklines,” says Ruth. “There are tops in Lace de Calais and our designs play with transparent areas on the back and in the waist and shoulders. You’ll also notice more sleeves in the new collection, especially short sleeves but also longer length designs too.”
Other new arrivals in the 2017 collection include small fringes and I have to say that I love these. Other personal highlights include Filou with it’s high lace waist and sleeves, the incredibly romantic Floreal and Jana because I can’t get enough of the button fronted skirt and pretty neckline. If you’re all about cut-out backs then Aimee, Bjork and the delicious First gowns are probably going to make it onto your bridal wishlist.
In short, Rembo Styling have delivered yet another simply glorious collection. It’s full of wonderful touches and flourishes not to mention unique and flattering shapes and styles. Bohemian Chic has never been so utterly beautiful.
