“I opened Lulu Browns twelve years ago armed with a business loan from my parents, an obsession with bridal fashion and a misplaced sense of optimism (the recession hit 12 months later!). I love the fact that Helen hosts regular training days for her staff with designers so they can give brides the best help and advice, I love that Helen says her staff are “one of Lulu’s biggest blessings” and, most of all, I love that this woman followed her dream and is so committed to making everyone’s bridal experience special.
