Well I’ve been looking forward to writing this feature for some time now. I always love showcasing fabulous wedding venues but when I get to talk about a portfolio of venues that includes some of the coolest spaces around, I have to admit that I’m pretty excited.
It’s a huge pleasure to introduce you to JJ Media Studios and their amazing venues. I’ve got a sneaky feeling you’re going to love them…
Quite simply, weddings at JJ Media Studios are all kinds of brilliant. Their spaces will take your breath away and they know exactly what it takes to host utterly wonderful weddings. From the first stages of planning to the big day itself, their dedicated events team will work with you to create the wedding that you want.
However, it’s undoubtedly the spaces themselves that instantly catch your eye and with a selection of 11 spaces over two sites, there really is something for everyone. These are the blank canvas venues with an urban feel that you’ve been dreaming of. Think original metal windows, distressed wooden floors, exposed brickwork and delicious urban accents.
So, the venues themselves. Well, JJ Perseverance Works is uniquely positioned in a courtyard oasis, offering your privacy, serenity and a picture- perfect backdrop for your wedding day. There’s a loft space, double height rooms and one space with a vaulted ceiling among others. Spoilt. For. Choice.
JJ Wimborne House, on the other hand, has an iconic street-front overlooking Shoreditch Park and, after you’ve said your vows, you can wine, dine and dance the night away as you enjoy stunning views of the cityscape. And that’s not all – the rooftop overlooking London’s skyline is pretty much everything when it comes to settings for your wedding photos. There’s also raw concrete, an antique bar and more. Such exceptional spaces.
JJ’s founder, Johnny Jones, initially provided locations vehicles for photographic and film shoots but now, the company has 11 lifestyle studios, numerous other departments and, of course, weddings. From shabby chic to super sleek, these bright and airy studios can be totally tailored to create your perfect setting.

You really do have the opportunity to make the venue your own and that’s all backed up with packages that will totally tick your boxes.
The ‘Complete Package’ from JJ Media Studios is exactly that. It even includes chairs and tables for up to 150 for both the ceremony and dinner, poseur tables and stools, a stereo and DJ booth, uplighters, a silent disco, a photobooth, security and the JJ team will even deal with cleaning and waste removal for you too.
