"Dear Annabel, I met you at the Charlotte Balbier 2013 Romantic Decadence launch and have been meaning to contact you ever since but have just been snowed under with my bridal shop opening recently. However, today I was so overjoyed, that I just had to let you know what happened in The Wedding Room and how your blog played a part in it.
I had an appointment for 10am from a bride requesting to try on a few Lou Lou dresses. The bride to be was wonderful and clearly had done her research before entering the shop. She homed in on the 'shorties' and began to describe her vision for her wedding day. She had seen an image on a photoshoot that just summed up the style of the day she was hoping to create. The more she talked about the colours, the dresses, the accessories, the more I recognised what she was describing, it was a feature you had on your blog last November - 'Good Day Sunshine'. The photoshoot had inspired her so much that little by little she had realised that she wanted to emulate it on her wedding day. Thank goodness I had the dress chosen in the shoot!!!
