Want to submit a wedding or other feature to Love My Dress?
Love My Dress welcomes submisisons from all kinds of suppliers working in the wedding industry. We are always looking for content that reflects creativity to inspire our readers, from real weddings, to DIY features and discussion posts.
Please follow these guidelines...
1. In the first instance, please submit up to 30 images to annabel@lovemydress.net along with a brief paragraph about the wedding, ie, where it took place and when. Images should be 600 pixels in width {600 pixels across the long side for landscape images, 600 pixels across the short side for portrait images}. Please do not submit images via Dropbox at this stage - images attached to an email are all I am looking for in the first instance.
2. You will receive feedback within 3 working days regardless of whether your submission has been accepted or not. If your submission is accepted, you will be asked to forward a questionnaire on to the bride. You will also be asked to submit a full set of images {up to 100 max} via Dropbox.
When you do so, PLEASE name your Dropbox folder in the following format;
"Your Name - Wedding Submission'
Please do not name the folder 'Love My Dress' or 'LMD', I receive so many folders named this way that it gets awfully confusing ;) Please highlight yours to me by naming it after yourself/your business name, to make it more easily identifiable.
3. Please do not submit images via YouSendIt or via zip file.
4. Colour is preferred over black and white images.
5. Images must contain no watermark, or borders.
6. The images must not have been submitted elsewhere/to any other wedding blog.
7. Submissions may take up to 6 weeks to appear as a post on Love My Dress.
