A Film For Friday ~ Gillian and Stuart At Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow

I do enjoy sharing a film on a Friday, it seems the perfect time to sit bac and enjoy four minutes of loveliness over lunch, guaranteed to make you smile.  Today's film was created by super 8mm film specialist Will Cummock of Cine Reportage.  Gillian and Stuart tied the knot in July last year at the beautiful Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow – a venue set in three Georgian town houses that were formerly the Scottish Royal Automobile Club.  Inside is a light and airy mix of original features and sumptuous modern design dotted with little mementos of its motoring heritage.

The couple weren't the biggest fans of having cameras pointed at at them but were clearly able to relax around Will and his filming. What a gorgeous little film. Enjoy all.

  1. That is so lovely, I love super-8 vids anyway and the format works so well for a wedding video, it has such a sweet, vintage feel and I always associate it with old family films of summer days. I think I will have to steal the bloke’s super-8 camera and nominate someone to do some filming on our day too 🙂
