They only take on a handful of events per year which allows then to give every couple that they work with personalised and comprehensive planning support from beginning to end. Their planning approach takes into consideration, not only every couple’s unique taste, but also their lifestyle and preferences.

Katrien and her team adore a London wedding, but they also plan and thoughtfully deliver weddings all over the UK and Europe as well as the beautiful Winelands in South Africa.

Why South Event Specialists?
We specialise in creating bespoke celebrations from the ground up. Be it in a blank canvas dry hire venue or a garden marquee setup. We work closely with you throughout the planning process, from laying out your budget to sourcing your perfect suppliers that will work together like a dream. We also work closely with you to create a perfectly styled wedding that portrays your style and personalities to a t. On the day itself, and running up to it Katrien and her team manage and coordinate all suppliers looking after every element of your party expertly giving you the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy yourself, knowing you don't need to worry about a thing.
What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services built around your specific needs. To make things easier however they are broken down into 4 categories. These are: Full planning design & styling, Partial planning, Wedding day management (includes 4-8 weeks run up support) and Wedding Consultancy which is offered hourly in person or online.
Will you be there on the day?
Katrien or one of my trusted associates will be running point at your wedding as agreed to when putting together your wedding day plan. We will be there from the beginning right until the end allowing you to relax, knowing somebody is there to make sure everything is taken care of.
Where do you plan weddings?
We plan weddings in London and events all over UK and Europe. Beyond that we also plan destination weddings to the South African Cape Winelands.
