Rolling In Roses is a small, British, sustainable indie label. producing chemical free, ethical wedding dresses using peace silk and recycled fabrics.
We aim to offer a range of styles to cater for all tastes, so our zealously individual brides are free to choose a wedding dress that suits both their personality and figure. Our mission is to meet the needs of everyone from all walks of life and of all shapes and sizes.
All our gowns are individually made to order by a tiny team of talented seamstresses here at our atelier in York, England. This small-scale ethical production means we are in complete control of the quality of our gowns and are delighted to be able to offer customisations for individual brides who request them. We also have no size restrictions on our dresses so each design can be made in any size required.
The name ‘Rolling In Roses’ is taken from an early Patti Smith poem. Colloquially known as ‘the godmother of punk’, she embodies our ethos of designing for the offbeat, sophisticated, fiercely independent bride. The dreamers, the poets, the music-makers, the lovers.
We use sustainable, ethically produced, organic and eco-friendly fabrics, and offer vegan alternatives to silk. We also recycle all our fabric offcuts, and package our dresses in biodegradable bags, recycled acid-free tissue paper, and unbleached cardboard boxes. We strive to run our business as ethically as possible in every way.
