A couple of months ago, we featured this charming, delightful and colourful Scottish wedding, photographed by Caro Weiss.
Today, I'm extra delighted to be sharing the film from this beautiful little wedding, that has been beautifully captured and crafted together by Eileen O'Rourke of Sugar8.
I love this little film, it captures the sweet and hand-crafted nature of this wedding really beautifully. Here, Eileen tells us a little about this gorgeous day full of love and celebration from her perspective as film maker…
'Claire and John have become great friends of mine since we all met through The Glasgow Wedding Collective and I was overjoyed when they asked me to film their wedding. I knew it was going to be a goody. And I wasn’t wrong – filming a friend’s wedding just means that a cry a bit more during the filming and editing and I sure did with this one. From the moment I arrived you could see all the love. Everyone there was helping this couple to make the day really special from decorating to making the food and everything in between. It made the day so personal and not even the rainy Scottish weather could put a dampener on all that love and fun.
They had a lovely personal Humanist ceremony followed by the party to end all parties. This wedding had lots of love and lots of fun and what more could you want from a wedding? Congratulations Claire and John.'
