Oh how I love Zoe and Mandy from Truly Madly Dottie – a clever duo of witty women, who provide fabulous photography and brilliantly creative stationery design services.
I first met Zoe and Mandy at the Designer Vintage Bridal Show last October – our stands were opposite one anothers, and we got on instantly. We laughed that weekend. We laughed a lot. I was absolutely smitten with Dottie’s unique, tongue-in-cheek style stationery and wedding-day decor, which whilst cute and funny, was absolutely beautifully crafted and produced.
This Jubilee inspired {obviously} photoshoot is typical ‘Dottie‘ style – fun, colourful, extravagant, bright, bold and humorous – think I’m going to order myself some of those little ‘Bog Orf’ signs just for the hell of it, hehehe 🙂
“Why did we do the shoot? Well, after catching a glimpse of this amazing dress in the shop window of Angela Vickers Bridal Designs, what else could we do?! It just ticked all the boxes; cool, colourful and slightly eccentric. A lot like ourselves really…”

“Being in the industry for quite a few years we also knew quite a few creative suppliers that would see our vision of what we wanted to achieve. Everybody had already gone down the Jubilee street tea-party theme and we always like to do something a little different, so we opted for a posh theme. And why not? Our Royal family are posh and defiantly Great!”
“Our favourite idea of the day was definitely the plums and the ‘how to speak posh’ elocution lessons. Zoe and I both bounce so well of each other and no matter what themes our clients throw at us we always manage to inject a little bit of Dottie madness some where….”
Oh wow, huge thanks to Zoe, Mandy and the full amazing creative team below – I hope these images have made you smile today – leave a comment below to show the talented lot behind them some love would you?
See you a bit later again today 🙂
