I’m currently in recovery mode after a full-on first week back after the Christmas break but I just wanted to pop in to introduce you to Aneberry, a new bridal label creating beautiful made-to-measure wedding dresses at an affordable price. I spoke to Aneberry’s founder, Miao, to find out more so without further ado, let’s say hello…

Miao was inspired to found Aneberry after her own wedding experience. Like so many brides, Miao wanted a gorgeous gown that didn’t cost a fortune.
“I had a budget of £1000 but I really struggled. So many dresses were out of my price range and as I’m not a standard size, I knew I’d have to pay for alterations too. I did a lot of research and then started Aneberry to help brides like me find a stunning made-to-measure dress at an affordable price.”
“Since we’ve launched, business has been going so well. We’ve received incredible feedback from our customers who say that they love the whole concept of our business and the design and quality of our dresses not to mention the transparency of prices and the ease of booking appointments. They also love the shopping experience at our boutique.”
And the boutique is where your journey with Aneberry will start. When you visit the London showroom, you’re able to try on all the dresses in the collection and once you’ve chosen the dress you’d like, all your measurements will be taken. This is the rather magical bit because now your dress will be all yours, made just for you to fit you perfectly.
As a little extra detail, all Aneberry dresses have bras built in to the design so you don’t need to worry about finding a bra to work with the gown you’ve chosen. After this, you just have to wait four months until your made-to-measure dress is ready for you.
I have to say that the very thought of having a made-to-measure dress really does make me smile. And the Aneberry collection is full of gowns that will make you equally happy. There are vintage style chiffon gowns with delicious low backs, short dresses with foamy skirts, A-line dresses with lace bodices and mermaid dresses with all kinds of fantastic design details. I’ve got a soft spot for the off-the-shoulder ball gown design not to mention the beaded gown with a heavenly chapel train.
It is amazing to see these designs with their price tags, all of which are less than £1000. There are still built-in corsets, lining layers, supporting net and quality fabrics and embellishments on each dress so really, Aneberry is quite the revelation.
If you thought made-to-measure was beyond your budget, you probably need to think again.
