I’m Danielle, founder of D Semple Consulting – Wedding & Events Planner, and I created this studio from a simple belief: weddings should feel deeply personal, beautifully considered, and entirely reflective of the people at the heart of them.
D Semple Consulting is a luxury wedding planning consultancy specialising in refined celebrations across the UK and destination weddings worldwide. Our background in high-touch event planning has shaped a calm, detail-led approach, where creativity and precision sit side by side.
The team work closely with a small number of couples each year, intentionally limiting our capacity so that every wedding receives the time, care and creative focus it deserves. Whether it’s full planning, destination wedding design, or on-the-day coordination, our role is to guide the process with clarity and ease—translating vision into something that feels effortless on the day, but is incredibly considered behind the scenes.
What the team and I love most about this work is the trust couples place in me during such a meaningful chapter of their lives. No two weddings are ever the same, and I see our role as quietly shaping the structure so the couple can be fully present in the emotion and joy of it all.

How many weddings do you take on per year?
Each of our planners works on a limited number of weddings each year—typically around five—so we can offer an tailored, hands-on planning experience. This ensures every celebration receives our full creative attention, strategic focus, and meticulous care from initial planning through to the wedding day itself.
What levels of planning do you offer?
We offer a considered range of planning services designed to support weddings at every stage. This includes partial planning, full wedding planning, and bespoke planning for couples who require a more tailored approach.
For destination weddings, we provide specialist planning packages for both international couples marrying in the UK, and UK couples planning celebrations abroad.
For couples who have planned independently, we also offer On The Day Coordination, available as either a full-day or half-day service for UK weddings.
