When should I have entertainment during my wedding day?
This is an important question to consider, “Do you want live music for just your evening reception, or do you want live music throughout your day?”
Daytime entertainment is a great way to get guests involved early on in your entertainment and boosting the excitement for your evening celebrations. Whether you opt for a separate entertainer or your evening band offers a daytime add on, it’s an option worth exploring.
How much does wedding entertainment cost?
Costs can differ from act to act but on average a soloist starts from around £500 and a 4-piece band from around £1200. Smaller acts will, as expected, cost less than a high-end showband, and the more members there are the higher the rates.
There are factors that will affect price too, such as travel and accommodations costs, as well as early arrival and late finishes, plus any specific requests that you may have that mean the band provide you with a bespoke service or performance.
