From a private garden or family home to a country estate, field or farm, Fields & Festoons transforms empty spaces into extraordinary wedding venues. Combining meticulous planning with extensive practical experience, the team brings together every element required to create a celebration that feels entirely personal to you, and works beautifully behind the scenes.

Fields & Festoons was born from founder Hannah’s own experience of transforming her own garden & meadow into an award-winning wedding venue. Almost a decade later, that experience remains at the heart of the business and gives Hannah a unique 360-degree perspective on what it really takes to create a wedding from scratch.

Because when there is no established venue infrastructure, there is considerably more to think about. Power, water, access, parking, toilets, catering, structures, lighting, furniture, supplier logistics and contingency planning all sit alongside the more beautiful details. Fields & Festoons understands both sides, bringing creativity and considered design together with the meticulous planning and logistical expertise required to make everything work seamlessly.

The team offers wedding planning and wedding management services, supporting couples from the earliest stages of their plans or stepping in ahead of the wedding to bring everything together. They work closely with all suppliers, creating cohesive teams and ensuring everyone involved understands exactly what needs to happen, where and when.

Having planned and managed weddings as well as launched and operated successful outdoor wedding venues, Hannah brings an unusually broad perspective to every celebration. She understands the experience from the viewpoint of the couple, the planner, the venue and the suppliers – anticipating challenges, asking the right questions and making sure nothing is overlooked.

The result is a wedding that may feel effortless, but has been anything but casually planned.

“I cannot recommend Hannah enough for her wedding planning services. From our initial planning call right through to the end of wedding day and beyond (creating the most special video snapshot of our day), she really did make our dreams come true and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Hannah’s attention to detail and responsiveness during the lead up to our wedding was incredible and no question was too much of an ask, she had though of all the little things and had all the large tasks in hand. We had a few planning calls with Hannah and a site visit and she just got on with everything straight away and was so so helpful when it came to taking over the liaising with the suppliers, some of whom she had worked with before, which was brilliant as she had that prior knowledge.
