At Foil, we design and plan modern weddings that are as stylish and unique as the couples we work alongside. With over eight years in the industry, and more than 50 weddings planned across London and the South-East, we know exactly what it takes to bring each of our couples’ visions to life. From chic dining experiences in glamorous London members’ clubs, to luxurious sailcloth marquees in the Sussex countryside, we know how to bring every element of a wedding day together seamlessly.
Foil is headed up by Lead Planner, Kate, who has woven her background in Theatre and Directing into creating beautiful events that run like clockwork; combining a creative eye with expert planning precision, all delivered in our trademark warm and laid-back style. Since 2017 she’s grown an incredible network of the UK’s best wedding suppliers, meaning we can match every couple with the right team to create a wedding that feels distinctly ‘them’.
While we work in a multitude of settings, our expertise lies in marquee and dry-hire spaces, where we bring together the many moving parts such as design, logistics and guest experience into a seamless celebration. We specialise in precise, logistical planning with beautiful, considered styling that’s tailored to each and every couple (and venue) we work with. We offer a range of exclusive services to suit you wherever you are in your planning journey:
- Full to Partial Planning up to 18 months out, covering every aspect of your wedding, including bespoke design, supplier curation and end-to-end logistics management
- On-the-Day Coordination, providing month-before support, set-up, styling and complete oversight of your wedding-day.
- One-to-One Planning sessions, guiding you through timings, room layouts, logistical requirements and everything in between.

Frequently Asked Questions
We have a venue manager, do we need a wedding coordinator?
Probably! Whilst venue managers will typically be responsible for everything ‘fixed’ at the venue (security, lighting, access etc) we liaise between them and all of your additional suppliers, as well as leading on your wedding-day timeline and styling your venue to specification.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Our services are focused largely in London + the South East, however we have been known to travel far and wide for a good party!
How much do your services cost?
One-off planning sessions start from as little as £650. Our Co-ordination and Partial Planning rates start from £1750 and depend on the complexity of your celebration and the level of our guidance required. You can find out more details and book a consultation via our website.
