JOLMA WEDDING is a destination wedding planning and creative direction studio based between Paris and Lisbon, specialising in refined and deeply personal celebrations across France and Portugal.

Do you only work in France?
We are today based between Paris and Lisbon, and work across the whole of France, from Normandy to Provence, as well as throughout Portugal, including Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve coast.
More broadly, we design and plan weddings across Europe, travelling wherever our clients’ vision takes us.
We’re based abroad… how do you manage the planning?
Most of our couples live abroad. We’ve built a seamless process with regular video calls, clear timelines and curated proposals, so you always feel informed and confident.
We also handle all communication with local suppliers, making the experience smooth and stress-free.
When should we start planning our wedding?
Ideally 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates and sought-after venues.
However, we also take on shorter timelines depending on the project ! Feel free to reach out and we’ll guide you.
Do you help us find the venue?
Yes and it’s often where we start.
Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of venues across Europe, we shortlist options that align with your vision, guest count and budget, saving you time and avoiding overwhelm.
What size of weddings do you specialise in?
We focus on intimate to mid-size weddings (typically under 200 guests).
This allows us to create highly curated, detail-driven celebrations with a strong focus on atmosphere and guest experience.
Do you offer both planning and design?
Absolutely.
Our signature approach combines both. We manage logistics, suppliers and timelines while also creating a cohesive aesthetic vision, ensuring your wedding feels seamless, elevated and truly personal. We are of course present on the D day for the smooth coordination.
How do you ensure everything runs smoothly on the day?
We create a detailed timeline, coordinate all suppliers, and oversee every aspect of the day with discretion and precision.
Our role is to anticipate, manage and solve, so you and your guests can fully enjoy every moment.
What is your pricing?
Each wedding is unique, so our pricing is tailored to your needs, location and level of support.
Following our initial conversation, we provide a detailed and transparent proposal with a fixed fee, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.
