I have been a designer maker creating intricate and delicate wire and bead designs for over twenty years. With years of experience I have created a collection of elegant, ethereal and nature inspired jewellery, hair accessories, wedding crowns and hair vines perfect for a romantic bride.
All of my bridal accessories are handmade by me in my Staffordshire studio, which you are welcome to visit by appointment to try pieces from my collection and explore possibilities for customised or unique bespoke designs for your wedding.
Many of the details in my pieces are inspired by my love of nature, I’ve spent many hours walking around the Peak District close to my studio, taking photos of the tiny wildflowers and foliage that come and go through the seasons. I come from a textile background with a degree in embroidery, and have a nostalgia for the jewellery and fashions of eras gone by. I love the elegance and detailed finish of Edwardian and Victorian jewellery and dress and the sumptuous fabrics and embroidery of the twenties and thirties, both have an influence on my style.
My wedding accessories are made with quality wires and beautiful glass beads and freshwater pearls. All of the decorative elements are entirely handmade, I don’t use any ready made embellishments in my designs. For example, the tiny intricate wire leaves you see in my wedding accessories and jewellery are created by hand. Some designs also feature intricate hand stitching with wire to create a lacy effect. Using wire to create details means that my accessories and jewellery are lightweight which makes them easy and comfortable to wear all day long and into the night.
All designs are made to order. You can chose designs from my collection which you can order online or view at my studio by appointment. You might like to customise your accessories by choosing colours to match your wedding theme, or combining elements from different designs, or perhaps you would like something completely bespoke? I love working with brides to create something special! If you live further afield this doesn’t need to be a problem, we can meet remotely and consult by Zoom, WhatsApp, email and phone, I’d love to chat to you!

Can I visit your studio?
I’d love you to visit my lovely studio. I work from a studio above a quirky cafe in Leek, North Staffordshire, about an hour from Manchester, and half an hour from Buxton and Stoke on Trent. You’ll be able to try a variety of pieces from my collection and discuss your wedding accessories. Please make an appointment in advance, you can contact me via my website or through this page.
When do I need to order my accessories?
Online orders from the collection – accessories take up to three weeks and jewellery up to a week to dispatch. Custom designs – (a simple colour change for example) at least four to six weeks before your wedding. Bespoke designs- please get in touch at least eight weeks before your wedding. N.B. My diary does get busy, so, to be sure of booking your slot for something unique in my making schedule it’s best to get in touch as soon as you can.
Do you make custom and bespoke accessories?
Yes! I Iove making designs to match your wedding theme or colour scheme, please get in touch to discuss your ideas. You can find out more about this on the bespoke page on my website.
I really like one of your designs, but I think I’d like to change a few things, is this possible?
Yes! Perhaps you’d like to change the colour of the beads or wires, or add or change a leaf or flower element, or combine elements from two different designs, or change a comb into a hair pin set, for example? Get in touch with me to discuss your ideas.
My wedding is very soon – can you help?
I will always help if I can, so do get in touch with your query as soon as possible so I can check my schedule and see if I can fit your request in. There’s no extra charge for rush orders.
Can you make accessories or jewellery for my bridesmaids?
Absolutely! Jewellery or hair pins make great gifts for bridesmaids, and most of my designs can be made in a range of colours to match dresses and outfits.
Can you incorporate heirloom pieces into a custom design?
Yes, though it will depend on your particular request, and what the heirloom items are. I have completely remodelled heirloom accessories and incorporated sentimental beads into designs before now, do get in touch to discuss your pieces.
After the wedding can you convert my accessories into something else I can wear?
Some designs can be converted into other pieces of jewellery such as necklaces or earrings. We’d need to discuss this idea before any work was started on your pieces.
