Unbelievably amazing! I cannot recommend Dan at Juno Wedding Films enough! He has such a great eye for detail, and seems to capture every moment without even being noticed on the day. Simply incredible! He’s so easy going and great to have around on the day too! I must admit, was a little sad when the wedding was over, just wishing we could do it all over again - Standard post wedding blues! That was until we received our wedding video. Absolute wizard - highly, highly recommend! We can’t even begin to express how much we LOVE our wedding video, especially the intro.. OBSESSED! Full disclosure: we weren’t going to have a wedding video as most videographers we came across seemed really into staged and posy shots which is totally not us. And then we found Dan! His style suited us perfectly - natural, candid and timeless. From the first time we spoke to him we knew we’d made the right choice, and he did not disappoint. He instantly made us feel at ease, laugh (a lot) and he fit right in with our family and friends! Exceptionally talented It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan, he is extremely professional and personable. Dan truly takes the time to get to know you and your loved ones, giving your film an extremely personal touch. We Were Blown Away My wife and I decided to have a private ceremony in Italy. It was just the two of us; no family or friends were present. However, we wanted to capture as much of it as possible on video to share with all of our loved ones and would-be guests. Our planner gave us a list of videographers and Dan’s work immediately stood out. -Leading Up to the Wedding- Working with Dan leading up to the wedding was so easy. My wife and I live in the United States and it can be incredibly difficult coordinating and planning with someone who lives in another country. However, Dan’s website was easy to navigate and offered PayPal as an option for making payments. With other vendors, we’ve had to go through the frustrating process of physically going to the bank and doing a wire transfer, which come with their own fees. So having the option to just pay online using PayPal was a huge relief. Furthermore, having reliable communications with a vendor while planning a wedding is tantamount to a stress-free planning process. Some vendors take weeks to get back to you, claiming that they were too busy or were out of the office but never thought to let you know. Fortunately, this was not the case for Dan. Anytime we had a question or a request Dan always got back to us promptly. He would typically respond within 24 hours. I don’t think we ever waited more for than 4 days or so and those times were only because he was recording other couples and he would let us know if it was going to be a couple of days before he could send a full response. -The Day Of- Of course, on the day of our wedding, we were excited and nervous to meet Dan. Sometimes a person seems nice online but then when you meet them in person they are completely different. Luckily, Dan was as nice in person as he was online. My wife and I still talk about how much more enjoyable the entire day was because he was there. I know it may seem as if I’m being hyperbolic, but seriously, he made us feel comfortable even with the cameras constantly recording us. He was constantly making us laugh and had a relaxed and laid back demeanor which put us at ease. After spending the whole day together my wife and I felt like we were working with a close friend rather than a stranger we just met that day for the first time. -The Final Film- It took Dan around 6 weeks to get our film back to us and when we watched our film for the first time both my wife and I were blown away. We requested that both our vows be in the video, in full, and Dan delivered that and more. The music Dan selected to play throughout our film was beautiful. His editing created somewhat of a chronological account of the day’s events. Honestly, it was almost like reliving it in a way, especially when we heard our vows again. We played the film at a reception that our families threw for us after we got back and people wouldn’t stop commenting on how the video brought them to tears and how amazing the quality was. -Verdict- I can’t say enough great things about working with Dan. From the beginning to the end it was a pleasure. I can’t recommend him enough. My brother is hoping to get him to film his wedding next year. This would be great because we know that Dan would make another great wedding film and it’d be great to see him again. Dan’s talent is really unmatched. If you are thinking about hiring him — do it.
