London based Soon to be Wed, specialises in semi-bespoke and bespoke luxury wedding stationery for design-conscious couples across the UK.
We are Seema and Habib – a graphic design duo, and the team behind Soon to be Wed.
We both have creative backgrounds, with over 20 years of experience in art and design between us. Together, we have been creating wedding stationery for many years as a side interest. However, that all changed after planning and organising our own wedding, we loved it so much that we decided to start our own business.
Seema takes the lead in handling enquiries and social media, while Habib works his magic behind the scenes, bringing your designs to life. Both of us share production because we love it so much! It’s more than just a job for us, wedding stationery is our shared passion, and we pour our hearts into every project we undertake.

What special finishes do you offer?
We offer in-house gold leaf, hot-pressed foiling in a range of colours, embossing and debossing, and we outsource digitally printed foil. We also offer a range of gorgeous handmade paper and envelopes, enquire for more details.
What stationery do you specialise in?
We specialise in semi-bespoke and bespoke luxury wedding stationery. We take pride in being your go-to supplier for all of your stationery needs, from save the date, to invitations, on the day and thank you cards.
How long will my save the dates and invitations take to be created?
For save the dates and invitations we require 3-6 weeks for semi-bespoke and 6-8 weeks for bespoke solutions. For on the day stationery, we require 6-8 weeks. All timeframes are dependent on the client’s correspondence and individual stationery requirements.
What if I like the semi bespoke range but want some colour changes to match my wedding colour scheme?
All designs in our existing semi-bespoke collections can be altered to perfectly suit your vision. You can use our semi-bespoke range as a starting point, add additional luxury finishes and make it more bespoke to you. All text can also be changed to your desired wording.
I want something bespoke that is not listed on your website. Can you help?

I’m having a small wedding, what is the minimum number of invitations I can order?
We don’t have a minimum quantity however, we have a minimum spend of £200 to cover all costs with admin, printing and production.
How will I know my invitation is correct before it’s sent off to print?
When you work with us you are completely in control. We will always send you a PDF proof to be signed off before we send any designs off to print. Until you approve your designs, all printing will be put on hold.
What if I don't want a traditional RSVP card?
We offer a free RSVP website for your guests to RSVP. You will get a personalised URL and you will receive an email with your guest’s dietary and meal choices. We offer both traditional RSVP cards and the website so the choice is yours.
