Where are we based?
We are based out of a beautiful countryside barn with exposed beams in Suffolk, UK but in the summer wedding season you will more likely find us on the Amalfi Coast in our Ravello studio or somewhere else in Italy or Europe.
Do you only offer planning?
No! We also offer design and flowers service which can be booked without planning - so if you already have a planner, or are a planner yourself, we would love to help with flowers.
How many weddings do you work on a year?
We focus on quality rather than quantity, especially as our clients often have multiple day events. We look to take on no more than 15 weddings per year for full Planning, Design and Flowers as a complete service. We have extra space for design and flower only bookings.
What is your enquiry process?
Simply get in touch. We will then ask you to complete an enquiry form, this will help give us an idea of your vision and budget so that we can advise if they are aligned. We then look to arrange an initial consultation, show you our planning platform and how we work. We then then provide you with our proposal and quotation. We like to give you a budget projection during the enquiry process so that you feel confident about what to expect.
What is your fee structure?
All investments in our wedding planning services are bespoke fixed fees with a minimum spend that are dependent on your ceremony type, location, guest count, the scope and complexity of your event and your budget. We truly feel that this is the most transparent way of working, conducive to an honest relationship between us - with the knowledge that our advice is there only to support you seamlessly through the planning process with your best interests at heart. To confirm our services we ask for an initial 50% deposit, a 40% payment 6 months from your wedding date and 10% 1 month before along with any expenses / additions at that point. Flowers are quoted per item just as they would be working with an external florist.
How do payments work?
For full transparency, we always want your contracts and payments to be made directly to supplier. We will guide you through this process step by step and reminders set up within our planning software so you never miss a payment.
Do you only work with recommended vendors and suppliers?
In a word, no. We are open to working with any vendor and supplier however we will always make sure they are the right for what you're looking for, professional and going to do an amazing job for you. Vendors and suppliers that we recommend are recommended for a reason, they have been tried and tested by us personally. Your vendor team needs to be fantastic. Having the right vendors - or not so right - can make or break your wedding day experience.

Because we have a unique balance of international outlook, style and understanding of our clients needs that combines seamlessly with local expertise that extends all over Italy, and beyond. Our founder has lived and travelled in Italy extensively over the last 14 years and what she doesn't know about celebrating in Italy probably isn't worth knowing. With over 500 events under our belts over the years, we are well placed to create amazing celebrations and have a huge network of contacts.
