1. Who is Zahra Studio Events?
Zahra Studio is a luxury destination wedding planning and creative direction studio working between Italy, Europe and Dubai. We design and produce bespoke weddings and multi-day celebrations across Europe and the Middle East, overseeing the whole journey from concept and strategy through to on-site production. Built on an Italian floral-design background, we bring an editorial eye and an integrated approach to design that keeps every celebration visually coherent and deeply personal.
2. Which destinations do you plan weddings in?
We work primarily across the UAE, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Europe, with particular expertise in Italy (the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Tuscany and Rome), as well as France, Greece , UK and Spain. For the right project we travel worldwide. Destination is the heart of what we do: our work only exists when the setting is part of the story.
3. What services do you offer?
We offer three core services: Full Wedding Planning (the complete journey from strategy and budget to design and on-site production), Design & Creative Direction (for couples who have planning in place but want a coherent aesthetic vision), and Intimate Weddings & Elopements. We don’t work with fixed packages, every collaboration is scoped around the couple’s vision, the destination and the complexity of the project.
4. How far in advance should we get in touch?
For full planning we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months before your wedding date; for design and creative direction, 9 to 12 months is ideal. We have also delivered beautiful celebrations on shorter timelines when schedules allow. We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year, typically around 8 to 10 couples, so every project receives our full attention.
5. How does your pricing work?
Our fees are tailored to each project based on its scope, destination and timeline, rather than set packages. After an initial consultation we prepare a detailed proposal outlining our approach, scope of work and estimated investment. We work with couples who value quality and a seamless, refined experience.
6. How do we begin working together?
It starts with an enquiry through our contact form. If there is alignment, we share our studio brochure and schedule an introductory call to understand your vision and needs. From there we prepare a tailored proposal, and once confirmed we move into design development, planning and production — one consistent creative thread from the first conversation to the final farewell.
7. How would you describe your style?
Design-led, editorial, refined and at times minimal. We are not interested in decoration for its own sake, we work with an intentional visual language that enhances the location rather than competing with it. Each project has its own palette, rhythm and internal logic, designed to feel as considered in ten years as it does on the wedding day.
8. Can you plan a multicultural or cross-border wedding?
Yes, cross-cultural celebrations are central to what we do. Our planning blends European sophistication with the cultural richness of the Middle East, and we are used to coordinating couples, families and guests travelling across different countries and time zones. We bring cultural fluency, a trusted international supplier network and the structure needed to honour different traditions within one coherent, beautifully designed celebration.
