Kingshill Farm, with its 18th Century red-brick Farmhouse, traditional Victorian Barn, and festoon-lit courtyards sits at the heart of the landscape; your home for your stay with us, and the entire reserve exclusively yours for two nights.

Our range of accommodation is beautifully appointed, each with its own character, and uninterrupted views of the reserve. You and your guests can enjoy a stroll along the tree-line, wander on the private beach, or take a wild swim in the dipping pond.

Licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies with a selection of flexible spaces, we host only a small number of weddings per year, meaning each is utterly bespoke. We offer complete flexibility when it comes to food and drink, too. You can choose from a carefully curated list of experienced catering teams, ensuring your menu aligns perfectly with your preferences. There is no corkage fee for daytime drinks, allowing you to provide your own wine. A fully licensed bar is available in the evening to keep the celebrations flowing.
