Enjoy complete privacy when you elope, by staying in our cosy cottage, a sandy beach with stunning views to the Isles of Jura, Gigha and Islay and everything being looked after by a very special team of Crear people.
We can provide witnesses for your marriage ceremony. You just just relax and enjoy your stress-free private wedding day, your way!
You have the option to invite four guests and your dog too, as we are a dog-friendly wedding venue.
Your parcel of wee wedding loveliness includes fabulous photos, bespoke wedding bouquets and buttonholes, delicious food, organic and biodynamic wine, and Champagne. Plus to add the perfect dash to your day, our Highland Piper in full Number One Highland dress!

Can you provide witnesses for our ceremony?
Yes! Many of our couples come just on their own.
How many guests can we invite?
Four additional guests, plus children under five, plus dogs are welcome.
Do you allow dogs?
We are a dog loving venue so your four-legged friends are very welcome!
Can someone come to do my hair and makeup?
We have a list of recommended suppliers who'll come to you on the day.
Can we throw confetti?
Natural petals and lavender are welcome! Blooming Wild Crear Flowers would be delighted to provide you with all you need for the ultimate 'confetti' photograph!
Where do we marry if it rains?
If you're unable to marry outdoors on your wedding day then we create a ceremony space at the far end of the cottage for you, by the wood burning stove. If you marry inside the cottage the photographer will return later when the weather clears for photographs outside.
How long does it take to get to the beach?
The beach is a 10 minute walk from Caisealrag Cottage.
