I was thrilled to receive these fabulous images from the super-lovely and up and coming Photographer, Annamarie Stepney. These photographs are from the most fabulous Engagement shoot that took place at the Vintage at Goodwood event last month. If you're not familiar with this annual music and fashion led festival extravaganza, that celebrates five decades of creative British cool, then do go here!
The event was the perfect back-drop for a photoshoot to celebrate the engagement of Kate and Damien. Photographer Annamarie explains…
"Vintage at Goodwood jumped out to me as the perfect location for Katie and Damien’s engagement shoot, since Damien is a lover of Vintage cars and Katie loves getting glammed up…so, what better place to go hey?!
Their friends even joined in the fun, and together I think they created a wonderful ‘Mad Men-esque’ vibe. This has to be one of my all time favourite engagement shoots for many reasons, not least because of the masses of vintage charm all around, but also because the fact is that Katie and Damien are (a) truly, madly and deeply in love, (b) absolutely up for a laugh and (c) a joy to be around!
I can’t wait for their wedding…it will be full of lots of love and laughs for sure!"

"We were totally spoilt with the most beautiful Classic cars to use as ‘props’ and the fabuolously designed Vintage Street and Vintage theatre scenes which were going on around us….it was a Vintage senses overload! I mean where can you go and one minute be eating delicious food and sipping champagne listening to live 1940’s music in a specially constructed 1940’s style night club, the next be surrounded with 1950’s bathing beauties, then browsing Vintage craft stalls, only to turn a corner and admire a beautifully restored American aluminium ‘Air Stream’ trailer, and then come face to face with 1970’s rock and roll…it was absolutely awesome.
And I have to congratulate the Vintage at Goodwood organisers on putting together a truly wonderful celebration of 5 decades of true British Cool ☺ the attention to detail was brilliant!"
"As well as the obvious surroundings, both Katie and Damien went all out with their clothing – Katie even booked an appointment to have an up-do done with a brilliantly talented young lady at ‘The beauty Box’ on site."
