Sometimes, I receive a submission that just makes me want to jump with joy.
This, my friends, is probably my most fave engagement-shoot ever. If you don't get this engagement shoot, then I fear you don't get Love My Dress. And big love goes out to James Melia for sending in this photoshoot. I adore James's photographic style.

"Reuniting after a brief relationship at college, nine years later, its almost like it was meant to be with me and Ryan – lots of spooky coincidences and slotting perfectly into place.
Before Ryan proposed in february, weddings had never even crossed my mind but since then, I have come to realise my love of the American style, with all the detail and beautiful photography along with my phobia of conventional weddings with chair covers and wedding hair and so my journey began…
We knew we wanted a very laid back wedding and I fell in love with the outdoor weddings which featured on all the American blogs and decided i wanted to recreate this look but in an outdoor location in the UK, and then hire everything I have collected for the wedding to other brides and style it for them to create the perfect outdoor wedding for them also…"

"From this we did our first wedding fair to show our collection and introduce ourselves to the crazy world of weddings, and it is here we met the wonderful James Melia. After months of searching we finally found the perfect photographer that captured all the detail we wanted for our wedding and complemented our style so well.
I am a little bit in love with his work and we knew immediately he was the photographer for us. We wanted our engagement shoot to capture everything that our relationship is, love, laughter and complete adoration for each other with a bit of banter in-between.
I styled the shoot and James just did what he always does, left Ryan and I to wind each other up and start laughing and he just started clicking. It was a lovely afternoon of wind ups and giggles…just a typical day for me and ryan captured perfectly by James…"
