"I have always loved travel photography, but when I met Wayne in 2007 (my husband to be at the time), he inspired me to spend more time exploring my passion. Wayne is a wildlife photographer so I learnt a lot from him (weddings & wildlife can be quite similar!) and by reading copious amounts of photography magazines. When we tied the knot in December 2009 in Cape Town, South Africa, not only was it the happiest day of my life, but it was also the day I fell in love with the idea of becoming a wedding photographer.
When we returned to the UK after the wedding, I did an intensive Wedding Photography Course with The Trained Eye and I shot my first wedding in Battersea in May 2010. A little over a year later, I feel very blessed to be on my way to shooting 25 weddings this year and I'm loving every second!"
"My signature style actually revolves around things I personally love – bright colours, photos with lots of light, watching people having a good time, couple photos with lots of lens flare, the look a bride gives her new husband right before he takes her into his arms for a kiss….
For me it's all about looking for those little details, waiting for those "never to be repeated" moments that make each wedding unique and special, and I do all this with a lot of heart!"

"Listening to the stories about how a couple first met / how he proposed. It doesn't matter how many couples I meet / weddings I have the privilege of shooting – every single one is different and that's what I love.
So much love & thought goes into making a wedding day perfect and I love that it's my job to record the happiest day of people's lives, which hardly feels like a job at all!"
