Temple Gregory ~ London Wedding and Event Stylists…

"A common worry is that a planner will come in and take over; this is definitely not the case at Temple Gregory as we understand how important and personal your wedding day is – we are here to sort, advise and facilitate, not take over.

On the actual wedding day itself having a planner means that our couples can just totally relax and enjoy their day without having to worry about set up, suppliers or timings!"

Rebecca Gregory, Temple Gregory

I'll be honest – when I was planning my wedding, the idea of paying someone to 'plan' and 'style' the day for me just didn't make any sense.  Why would I want to hand over the reigns of something that was supposed to be personal and mean so much to me? Why would I let someone else style my day – how could they possibly get it how I wanted it?  I was so wrong. And I've pretty much done a u-turn on that way of thinking since getting married and becoming a full-time wedding blogger.

I nearly killed myself trying to plan our wedding day and only just about  managed it on top of my full time job. I can completely see why hiring someone to take forward your very personal ideas and make them look amazing makes sense, which is why I'm delighted to have Temple Gregory as a sponsor of Love My Dress…

"We plan luxury weddings and like to make the planning process a luxurious experience for our brides.

Those gorgeous detail shots above are from the Temple Gregory launch event that was held at the Savoy Hotel back in March. I was lucky enough to be a guest. It was such a beautifully designed evening.

Becky started out with a career as a Lawyer, but left to fulfil her dream of doing something more exciting and creative. It all started with planning a friends wedding, and Becky tells me she has never looked back since…

"We are usually with our couples from the very beginning, so do all of the venue and supplier research, booking and coordination throughout the planning process. We also work on the design concept and use this throughout the planning when approaching other suppliers and coming up with new ideas. I know that some brides think that a planner is an extra expense that they do not need when they can do it all themselves, however this really is a false economy as a good planner will save you so much time, stress and money – as well as preventing typical mistakes that couples can make…"

"I genuinely love everything about working in weddings, but I especially love the wedding day itself when you see everything come together and a very happy bride and groom."

"Our signature style is probably best described as chic, stylish and luxurious. Although this is our signature style, all of our weddings are still quite different, as each couple has their own style and ideas. They may want vintage, simple, grand or modern (to name a few) and we are there to guide them and help focus in on a style…"

"We often find that our brides like a lot of different things and it is our job to help focus all of those ideas into one stylish scheme that she loves.  Each wedding is quoted on an individual basis following a consultation and comes with a full wedding proposal…"
