For a long time now, I’ve been a huge admirer of The Glasgow Wedding Collective – who’s aim is to handpick and bring together a selection of exciting, independent and vintage style wedding suppliers from throughout Scotland. They’re just a really, really cool bunch of suppliers and I truly believe that the collective offers an excellent model for showcasing how businesses in the wedding industry can work really well together. I’ve personally exhibited at one of the ‘GWC’ wedding fairs when I launched my book, so I’m speaking first hand – not just waffling for the sake of it.
The collective was founded by Glasgow wedding photographers Christopher and Gillian Currie, who contacted me earlier this week to share some quite exciting news. The Glasgow Wedding Collective have launched a fabulous new wedding venue that I pretty sure our readers, and especially those of you based in and around the Glasgow area, will want to know about. Woodside Warehouse is a unique, pop-up ‘dress it as you like’ space in Glasgow’s West-end that oozes industrial character and natural charm…

Woodside Warehouse offers a diverse collection of spaces and adaptable furnishings, allowing for a completely customisable venue that is flooded with natural light. You can access a full online brochure with packages and hire price information here.
