A brief late afternoon post before our very first brand new Lovettes team member post at 6pm this evening, to share these images from the latest MiaMia collection by Alan Hannah with you.

MiaMia is the diffusion label from Alan Hannah a slice of couture in an accessible, ready to wear option.  Essentially, these beautiful gowns provide the designer at the helm of the Alan Hannah Brand, Marguerite Hannah, to experiment in cool, fashion focussed design at a price that is more affordable for brides.  MiaMia Gowns retail between £1,000 and £1,800.

MiaMia gowns have a bohemian feel with beautiful touches of beading which highlight the fluid silhouettes and lovely movement of the gowns.

“We are using silk duchesse, silk slipper satin and silk organza”, says Marguerite Hannah, “but we also offer other fabrics as alternatives to those used on the sample gowns. Your local stockist can advise you on choice of fabrics as well as offering a professional service for your fittings and alterations.”

I especially love that design above with the long chiffon sleeves  – a beautiful modern interpretation of 70’s inspired bridal elegance.
