Arran Kenny is an award-winning luxury wedding filmmaker who lives by the beach in Dorset, England. He specialises in producing emotive films that are bespoke to every couple. Because every couple is different, Arran thinks every wedding film should be completely unique and individual. It should encapsulate the relationship of the couple and their priorities but also reflect their personalities as individuals.

Arran brings an academic passion for cinema to his work, applying simple cinematic principles to evoke emotion. He always wants his films to be more of an experience than a document of the day. Every decision he makes in the filmmaking process is intentional, designed to make couples feel the emotions of the day all over again. Couples, photographers, and planners admire his comfortable, effortless, and relaxed working style.

Because Arran’s passion is making films, his ethos embodies slow and intentional work. This means he only takes on a very limited number of weddings each year, ensuring that each couple is given his full and undivided care and attention. In addition, he values privacy and discretion, choosing not to share couples wedding moments on social media.

Arran lives in Dorset with his partner, Jess, their 2yo son, Callie, and their black lab, Freddie. When not shooting weddings, you can find Arran in the gym, surfing, or watching basketball.  He's passionate about fitness and health, sustainability, and, above all else, coffee.
