Where are you based?
I live in Cumbria (The Lake District) however I work in the North of England, Scotland and I love getting home to Northern Ireland so will always cover there. All locations considered.
Where do we start?
Filling out a contact form gets the ball rolling. Then we can set up a coffee date or zoom so we can chat some more.
It’s important that we click… no pun intended. If we don’t that’s totally ok, you’re making one of the most important decisions and it needs to be right for us both.
How do we book?
Assuming we’ve chatted already, to secure the date I need a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee of £250. As soon as I receive these 2 things, the date goes in the calendar (which makes us official!)
How many photographs do we receive?
This very much depends on the size of your event (wedding) and how long I am there. I don’t like to put a figure on it as every wedding is different and where one might yield 400 images another there might be over 1000. Expect a few.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. Both public liability and professional indemnity.
Can we print the photos ourselves?
Yes you certainly can as you receive the digital files however I always recommend ordering any prints via myself as then you get a professional finish with correct colour representation.
Do we own copyright of the images you take?
Not really. In technical terms, you have a licence.
In everyday terms, this means you’re free to print and share your photographs as you see fit, but as the full copyright is retained by me, you can’t sell, modify or enter the photographs in competitions.
How quickly will we receive our photos?
This depends on how busy I am but am currently working on a lead time between 4-6 weeks. You will however get a sneak peek of a few quite quickly after the day.
