For Yummy Mummys with Stylish Little Ladies…

Being a Mummy (a yummy one, of course), to a style obsessed 4 year old, I am constantly on the look out for exquisite children's clothing.  Items that are both affordable, but different, and make my little darling stand out from the crowd.

As early as a year ago, my little girl started to demonstrate a love and skill for accessorising herself in the most stylish ways! I will often find her preening in front of the mirror (no idea where she gets that from) and she is obsessed with dressing like me, so if I'm in a pretty dress, she has to be too.  The toy basket in her bedroom spills over with dressing up clothes and she has beaded capes, mini sequinned handbags, boas and the prettiest little necklaces and bracelets stuffed into little wooden drawers.

During one recent rainy Saturday afternoon, I happened by chance to stumble over these oh-so-cute little leg-warmers on Etsy.  Coupled with the little sparkly shoes (of which my own daughter owns several pairs), they look so pretty…

The producer of these finely crafted little merino wool warmers is 'maisondelucille', whose very limited Etsy profile purports her to be 'Mother, Sister, Daughter and Craftster', located in Texas, USA.  I think she can add 'Mind Reader of Mothers with Discerning Taste for their Children' to that list of claims.  This woman has exactly the kind of style I like when it comes to dressing children; fun and functional meetings sparkly fairy princess.

Here are some more of this particular Craftster's delectable items, to don your little darlings in…

"Macaron, in rose & black'….Macarons are delicious and colorful. thus the theme of my new skirts. lovely for the holidays or anytime of the year. There is a layer of cotton, skirt is also lined with cotton, underneath the layers tulle. therefore, this isn't a tutu and something for everyday wear. my daughter even wears hers to school!  elastic waist. skirt shown is mid-lenth and also comes in a shorter length (see lavande). please specify length upon checkout.  available in 3 months to 7 years."
