1950’s Bridal Fashion by Lindsay Fleming Couture…

Morning Everyone,

Beeeeeeautiful sunny morning up here in the North East of England, and I'm looking forward to spending a day catching up on the blog but also with my beautiful little girl, whose gorgeous gummy toothless smile puts everything into perspective for me. Life is good at the moment, really good – in a 'nothing can get me down' kind of way 🙂

I've got a few beautiful images to share with you this morning from Scottish Wedding Photographers Archibald Photography.  They portray one of the very glamorous designs from the Lindsay Fleming 1950's inspired 'Manhattan' collection.  I love how these photographs ooze chic sophistication – the styling is fabulous {victory rolls a-plenty!}.

Lindsay Fleming are experts in the production of era-inspired gowns. Their 'All That Jazz' collection took inspiration from the flapper led fashions of the 1920's, and their newer, Manhattan collection pays homage to the fashions led by Kelly and Hepburn in the 50's.  And the gowns are exquisite.  Grace Lindsay, the designer, is an expert at working on a cut that not only embraces and flatter the modern figure but also pay respect to the silhouette's made stylish 60 years ago. Genius.

Lindsay Fleming are based on Scotland but hold regular London roadshows – the next of which are in June between Thursday 16 and Saturday 18 June (18th now fully booked out so act quick if you want to book for a consultation/viewings/trying on session!}.

The roadshows are held at Dophin House Aartments on Chichester Road, SW1 – Contact [email protected] for further details.
