Wedding shoe and accessory designer Emmy Scarterfield has made her name creating lavishly luxuriant shoes and accessories for the modern bride for several years now, and ever since Love My Dress was born, I have enjoyed sharing details of Emmy’s exquisite heels on Love My Dress®. It’s a love affair that began back in 2008 when I was looking for my own wedding shoes – I wore a 4″ pair of shiny, silver and sparkly Emmy shoes for my nuptials on 20th March 2009 – the glorious first day of Spring that year.
Early this week, Emmy shared these images that were shot at the majestic Rosewood, London in central London – the same place I celebrated my birthday recently – and I adore how these photograph capture Emmy’s signature brand of ethereal elegance…

As Emmy comments ‘we wanted to capture the magic of a wedding day; from getting ready with maids and sharing time with your mother to those surreal ‘pinch me’ moments throughout the day. The Rosewood Hotel shares my impeccable eye for detail and was ideal for staging an honorary Emmy London wedding’.
2014 sees the Emmy celebrate ten years at the helm of the label synonymous with British elegance, quality and charm and the shoot brings to life the enchantment and charm for which Emmy has become renowned.
