We could not have asked for more friendly, kind and professional people to help us plan, design, produce and pull off the most magical wedding day. Andi and Jayne have been outstanding from the very first day - from agreeing to take calls in the evenings to fit around our busy schedule, or helping us get answers from suppliers, they have been there for us every step of the way. Andi was exceptionally organised and on it with planning and scheduling of the day - his handy production schedules and tick-lists helped us stay on track and reminded us of what was happening and when. His leadership on the big day was also perfect - he made sure everything went smoothly so we didn't have to worry about a thing and really allowed us to relax. Jayne instantly understood our vision on decoration and florals and produced some gorgeous inspiration/mood board decks which really helped us to envisage what the venue would look like on the day. Her florals are OUTSTANDING - every single guest was blown away by the bouquets, the floral backdrop, the tablescape and the corsages. Essentially, if you want help planning and coordinating your big day - look no further than this absolute power couple with exquisite talent and kindness in equal measure.

Andi and Jayne are AMAZING. From start to finish they were so brilliant and exceeded expectations. They created the most incredible flowers for our special day and I cannot believe how many people commented on them - far more than anything else! We gave a quite vague brief of “fun and colourful” and we felt like we could completely trust them. They created the most incredible hanging installation, dressed our tables and created the bouquets and button holes. We are so grateful as they were so caring throughout and even offered to help think about lighting for us when we weren’t sure about something. They went above and beyond and I’ve already recommended them to friends who work in events or who are getting married. We couldn’t be happier - thank you so much.

Halcyon Halcyon provided wedding planning, floral design & styling and on the day co-ordination for our wedding in July and it’s actually quite difficult to put down on paper how blown-away and grateful we are for what they did for us. They turned our dry-hire, blank canvas venue into everything we could have dreamed of - and much more! We actually decided on our venue based on pictures of what Andi and Jayne had created there before. So, we knew right from the beginning that we wanted to work with them, and they did not disappoint. From the outset, Andi and Jayne kept in near constant communication to discuss our vision for the day and preferences, sharing mood boards and ideas with us. I have a tendency to be a bit anxious but every time we spoke to Andi and Jayne they were so calm and organised that we really had nothing to worry about. In most cases, they’d answered all our questions before we even got to ask them! And they’re both such lovely people to hang out and chat with too! Andi pulled together a blow by blow production schedule for the day which was shared between us and tweaked and modified as the day got closer and plans changed which left us with total confidence that every last minute/detail had been thought of and when it came to the day itself… we were gobsmacked! When Jayne dropped the bouquets off at our hotel, I spent about 20 minutes in the bathroom just staring at them, they were so beautiful. And the flower cloud installation that she designed and made for us quite literally made the wedding. It set the scene for the entire day, for our beautiful ceremony, then for some fun post-dinner snaps as well as the most spectacular backdrop to our professional photos. In terms of the lighting and design, it was like Andi had reached into our heads, grasped our vision and then made it 1000x times better than we could’ve imagined. We literally didn’t recognise the venue when we turned up – and we’re still not 100% sure how he did it! We were very keen for the lighting to change and evolve throughout the day in order to create a different mood as we progressed from ceremony, to dinner and then finally on to the party/dancing. We ended up with the most beautiful and romantic ceremony room, an intense, warm, pink, candle-lit dinner and then our very own Miami nightclub at the end. The spaces were completely transformed. To do what Andi did with that venue is quite literally magic. Andi and Jayne also spent unfathomable hours on site, from an early morning set up until we left at 2:30am where they were still making sure any sentimental items were stored away for us and still all with a smile. Not only would I recommend Andi and Jayne to others I’d be actively shocked if anyone chose anyone else. I’ve already had a couple of friends say they’re thinking about renewing their vows so they can have a Halcyon Halcyon wedding too! Andi and Jayne – thank you so much! It’s impossible for us to thank you enough. You quite literally made our day (from scratch) and because of that we’ll forever have the most wonderful memories of our wedding day - we’ll be forever grateful.

HH provided Floral Design, Venue Dressing Design (Furniture, Crockery etc.), Lighting Design and One-The-Day Coordination for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Andi and Jayne are two seriously talented people and an absolute power-duo. We organised our London wedding from Singapore and from our first phone call we had 100% faith in them. They seamlessly accommodated the time difference and it was real a comfort to have such organised, calm people to take charge on our behalf. Every call we had with them was a pleasure - in fact, we actually looked forward to speaking to them each time! They managed to make organising a wedding a creative journey and fulfilling experience, rather than a stress-fest! They were so generous with their knowledge and time and were always responsive/ reliable over the 9 months that we spent planning the wedding . Choosing a dry-hire venue was daunting, but Jayne helped us to create the exact vibe we were looking for with the floral and venue dressing design. The mood-boards/ design options that Jayne developed were works of art themselves and super useful for us to visualise and make informed cost and creative decisions. The final result was mesmerizing! We were speechless when we walked down the aisle and saw everything for the first time. Jayne's attention to detail was remarkable and you could really notice all the details and subtleties. Andi arranged the lighting design and it was perfect. He created the exact atmosphere we wanted, with different lighting scenes for different parts of the day. Again, his design proposals/ optioneering allowed us to make informed cost/benefit decisions. Andi also created a Production Schedule for the week prior to the wedding day (including the day itself). It encapsulated every detail of the wedding and gave us full confidence that everything would go smoothly. Andi and Jayne took care of absolutely everything on the day, from the arrival of the first supplier to de-rigging after everyone had left. This meant there was no pressure for us to get involved in any of the organisational aspects of the day, which was especially useful in our case since we had no bridal party or groomsmen. Instead, we were able to spend some quality time together beforehand and arrive feeling totally relaxed and ready to give our energy to each other, our guests and revel in the joy of the day! If you're still reading this, stop now and book Andi and Jayne! You won't regret it. Hopefully we don't have another wedding.... but if we did, HH would be the first people we'd get in touch with.
