I was contacted earlier this week by a very excited sounding Charis – one half of the gorgeous Photography duo, o&c Photography (I can't tell you how much I REALLY love o&c – Charis and Owen are two of sweetest and most enthusiastic people ever!). Charis was keen to tell me all about the latest o&c Engagement shoot – a vintage engagement shoot no less, which took place in beautiful Pembrokeshire in Wales at an old RAF airstrip at the edge of a cliff and then at Broad Haven beach, where newly-engaged couple Scott and Dawn live. Charis knew that Scott and Dawn's photographs would be absolutely perfect for a feature on Love My Dress.
And flippedy do, I nearly fell off my seat when I saw the pics! How fun and fabulous are these? I received an equally excited sounding email from the lovely Bride-to-be Dawn earlier this week too…
"Owen and Charis are wonderful to work with from the start the the finish they are professional, approachable and totally make you feel comfortable the shoot was just filled with fun and laughter which is clear to see!The vintage theme for our engagement photos is to tie a connection to our wedding next April ~ we're very excited!! I have lots sorted for the wedding as we are both very excited, especially after this shoot!!
The wedding will just continue on with the theme and will be full with lots more personal touches. We hope everyone loves our photos as much as us as these are our dream pictures reflecting us completely."

"…we're having lots of teapots and cake-stands, the teapots with our flowers and the cake-stands with the knitted cupcakes for our centre pieces. The absolutely gorgeous cupcakes our a work of art created by my lovely mum and a couple of ladies in my church back in Ireland so a massive thank you goes to them!!"
"The flowers on our wedding day are going to be pretty similar to the ones in the photos all spring time and gorgeously vintage. All the china crockery we have hunted in all charity shops, auctions and everything in between to make it all personal to us, every piece we have, we've just fallen in love with."
