Such a pleasure to be able to share the beautiful, styled concepts of Scarlett Montgomery, of LDN Luxe Events, and whose words follow below.
Scarlett worked with photographer Lilly Sells, and a team of wonderful creative wedding suppliers to produce these gorgeous inspirational images for you. This editorial was produced when small weddings of 15 were allowed. Sadly, under current government guidance (see section 5), weddings are not currently allowed at all, but the will be allowed again – and this is an actual fact we must all hold on to during these really very difficult times.

With Autumn upon us and temporary restrictions on weddings, the creative team decided to style, what they say is, in their view, one of the most desirable wedding alternatives around; an opportunity to host an intimate meal with six of your closest friends and family.
I just love how suppliers are looking to make much smaller weddings so much more special and these images are proof beyond that even the most intimate celebration can be styled beautifully adding a stylish tone and sense of atmosphere.
“Our individual dome was provided by Dream Domes Hire, decorated with monochrome taper candles in brass holders, gold foiled night sky menus and gold rimmed glassware all complimented by a beautiful mixed dried and fresh flower cloud suspended above the round dining table by Katie at Kidge Flowers.”
“To maintain the wedding feel we felt muted tones would work beautifully with creams, dove greys, off white tones. Stunning fabrics from Laik Style used to drape through chairs, cascading down the cake podium, and across the main dining table added a real romantic touch.”
“Hermongers Barn located in the Sussex countryside, a converted barn with a new industrial extension and large grounds provided the perfect location for our shoot with their mix of high ceilings and sanded beams along with the added contrast between the classic barn conversion and the modern touches in the new space they’ve recently created.”
“A marbled two tier cake with gold sugar detailing by Meera Makes was the stand out piece in the drawing room. It sat alongside our bar from Raw Spirit where we served bespoke celestial themed cocktails, ‘Moondust Margaritas’ and ‘Big Bang Bourbon’.”
“Vintage furniture and decoration from Toast HQ’s collection included gorgeous sofas sets, working perfectly alongside our isle carpet runner entrance to the dome and several different types of brass lanterns.”
“Elegant and timeless dresses by designers Jesus Piero and Alon Livne provided by Morgan Davies bridal complemented perfectly with shoes from Freya Rose. Diamond encrusted star pins and hair accessories from Miss Clemmie providing the right amount of detail for our bride.”
