Whether you want a big old party in the Lovable Old Barn or a really intimate affair inside Low Hall farmhouse, you’ll find history and original quirks, alongside handpicked antiques and unique furniture throughout, with a laid back vibe. Licensed for weddings you can take your pick between the beautiful old barn or the characterful library within the farmhouse. Or perhaps you’ve always dreamt of getting married outdoors? Step outside and say your ‘I dos’ looking out over the Lakeland fells or lead your guests into the magical woodland for a ceremony unlike any other.

With six beautiful bedrooms within the farmhouse, you’ll have exclusive use from the day before your wedding to the day after and delight in a home-cooked breakfast using fresh local ingredients.

Francesca and Ben are the couple behind the wonderfulness and although a DIY venue, they include lots of essentials and they’re with you from day dot, to help you when you need. They also have a whole host of awesome suppliers to share.

Handy for Keswick, Cockermouth and the dramatic Northern Lakes of Buttermere, Crummock, Loweswater & Ennerdale, there’s all sorts of extra accommodation on the doorstep as well as hiking, open water swimming, endless adventures and utter beauty.
